Why can we select a postal service if you're using another service than selected. I've the impression that chances of customs are really low with Hungary Post (to Belgium), so that's what I selected for order W1508200740185662 but you have sent it with SINGPOST (which isn't even an option) and it's probably in customs now since it's already more than 1 day in the office of exchange.

Will Gearbest be selling more Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 accessories in the near future?
I see you are currently only offering a leather folding/flipover case and a glass screenprotector (I am glad you are offering the latter).
I would like to see more cases/pouches available, even a simple leather pouch to put my ordered Redmi Note 2 in would suffice. If possible, I would also like to see an aluminium bumperframe made available.

Hello Gearbest,

I ordered the Chuwi Vi10 tablet from the EU warehouse and it arrived very quickly.
The tablet is working great, but I seem to have one problem. The speaker on the right of the tablet is vibrating so much, that the audio from the tablet is terrible. If you turn up the sound it is so bad it hurts my ears. Because I have seen a few reviews on YouTube that don't mention this problem and don't seem to have the buzzing tinny noise from the speakers, I think it might just be this tablet.
Can you help me solve this?

Hi Gearbest,

I have send a package back to you.
I used Paypal return, so you can get your money back from the costs to return the package.
I thought the receipt with the tracking number and the postal code was good to claim the costs.
But they are doing quite difficult, they want a prove of that te package is received at Gearbest.
They need that within 7 days, but I dont think that you will receive the package within 7 days.

Can you arrange a prove of that you received the package so that i can get my money back from the shipping costs?

I have a serious issue with Gearbest and i need to discuss it here.

My account was hacked. I received a mail that my emailaddress was changed to another one which was not mine. So i mailed GB 3 times(!!!) to ask them to change it back. I identified myself with my address and all other personal stuff.

3 times i got a standard reply back that they would change it, but till this day they never did it. I had funds in my account and i find it really disturbing that GB doesn't do anything about my situation.

Second, my account was secured with a very good password. So i find it really strange someone got it hacked.

Thank you for your effort. I did get a quick reaction from Support Center. They asked me to wait till the 10th of October. Unfortunately the waiting didn't solve the issue, package still hasn't arrived.

According to 17track the package has been deliverd, but according the PostNL International tracking website it's still in transit (. When do you have the "Cheerson CX 20" in stock in the EU warehouse so I can order it and not pay for customs and only for the shipping costs?

I wanna order it but if I order it from USA warehouse I pay almost 100 dollar on top for customs, which is not worth the price. So I want to order it but only from the EU warehouse so I dont have to pay 100 bucks extra for the customs.

I'm not asking about paypal, I don't care to explain why I'd use Ideal, I'm asking if/when the possibility to do so will be there.

replacement gorillaglass screen arrived today. Gues what, broken too. What do you expect when it is packged with nothing around it, just an enveloppe

I orderd DOOGEE Y100X 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass Android 5.0 3G. I needed the phone fast so I orderd in EU Warehouse (and it was in stock) . It took 15 days! before delivery. (11-24-2015)

Needed the phone (old one was almost dead) so I started using it even when I had some difficulties with the touchscreen. Later I realized/find out that there was a blind spot in the screen. I made a support claim at 12-6-2015 and it took them till today (12-14-2015) to tell me I can send it back on my expences (with is the standard possibilyty if one is nog sattisfied). In this case I recieved a not good working product. I think Gearbest should do better.

It is even getting worse. I ordered in EU warehouse but they want me to send it back to china on my expences. Not acceptable at all!!

At this moment I want to warn people on Fok Forum for ttis way of treating the aftersales by Gearbest.
I even doubt if this is according to eu regulations.

Dear Gearbest,

My phone which I ordered on September 30, the Oukitel U10, this morning had a very small crack when I picked my phone out of the car holder. Tonight, when I was just eating, the phone was on the table, I have sent a message and put it back. When I picked him up from the table when we left, the touchscreen did not work at all and there is a crack in the upper right to the left bottom. Everything to the right of the section won't work anymore (touchscreen). The phone is never fallen on the ground and I'm pretty careful with my phone, so how this could happen is beyond me.

Is there a good way to solve this?

More then ten days later.....
They offerd me a resend for an extra payment of 20 dollar. I accepted that beacouse I need a phone and I need it fast (well that is not going to happen I am afraid).

Today I received a message that a manager disappoved the deal I already accepted and they want me to pay an extra 30 dollar for a resend.
If not solved by tomorrow I will make a paypall claim.

And again 9 days later. No phone is send. I protested against te raise to 30 dollar and did get the 20 dollar deal back. I did pay those 20 dollar a couple of days ago but still they did not resend the phone.

At this speed it will take months to get a working phone if you order at gearbest.

Well and the webcare here on Fok.... The last respond of gearbest was 15 december (and no, there is no newyears holliday in China that is still to come...). So do they really care for there customers?

Hi, last thursday I made a support ticket on Gearbest.com because my Doogee Valencia Pro 2 suddenly stopped working (and I've been very carefull with it). So I received a ticket ID but no response whatsoever. When will you give a reply? Hope to hear from you soon. Tom

Hi, Gearbest kan ik niet meer bereiken om te vragen waarom ze hier geen antwoorden meer geven, tot die berichten gooi ik het topic maar even op slot om geen valse hoop te geven dat er hier webcare geleverd wordt.

Wil je contact met Gearbest, ga dan even naar hun site.
