I have a serious issue with Gearbest and i need to discuss it here.

My account was hacked. I received a mail that my emailaddress was changed to another one which was not mine. So i mailed GB 3 times(!!!) to ask them to change it back. I identified myself with my address and all other personal stuff.

3 times i got a standard reply back that they would change it, but till this day they never did it. I had funds in my account and i find it really disturbing that GB doesn't do anything about my situation.

Second, my account was secured with a very good password. So i find it really strange someone got it hacked.

According to 17track the package has been deliverd, but according the PostNL International tracking website it's still in transit (. I asked PostNL on twitter on 21 september about the status of the package and they told me that the package was send back. They couldn't tell me why this was done.
