Thank you for your effort. I did get a quick reaction from Support Center. They asked me to wait till the 10th of October. Unfortunately the waiting didn't solve the issue, package still hasn't arrived.
Last Monday I added a reply on the support ticket, mentioning the package is still undelivered and asking for a solution (preferably a resend, as I still want to receive the product). However, since my last reply I didn't get any reaction.
