Hi Sam,

Thank you for your effort. I did get a quick reaction from Support Center. They asked me to wait till the 10th of October. Unfortunately the waiting didn't solve the issue, package still hasn't arrived.

Last Monday I added a reply on the support ticket, mentioning the package is still undelivered and asking for a solution (preferably a resend, as I still want to receive the product). However, since my last reply I didn't get any reaction.

Can you please knock on a door at Support Center and kindly ask if someone can have a look at Ticket# AT15093001738 that belongs to Order# WW1507140619284248?

Can you please look at order WW1508121150536734 and support tickets AT15100600145 & T15091004120. Items were send at 18 august but still not received. According to 17track the package has been deliverd, but according the PostNL International tracking website it's still in transit (. I asked PostNL on twitter on 21 september about the status of the package and they told me that the package was send back. They couldn't tell me why this was done. I've been trying to get a solution but Gearbest keep telling me to wait a week and I think i've been waiting long enough now.

I have ordered a Xiaomi Mi Fan on the 3rd of june at GearBest (W1506030002276735). Unfortunately this was never delivered. I messaged back and forth with GearBest support and on the 17th of august a new order had been created to resend the fan.

Unfortunately I did not see this order in my order history, nor did I receive the fan. I'm still waiting for it.
