Why can we select a postal service if you're using another service than selected. I've the impression that chances of customs are really low with Hungary Post (to Belgium), so that's what I selected for order W1508200740185662 but you have sent it with SINGPOST (which isn't even an option) and it's probably in customs now since it's already more than 1 day in the office of exchange.

so I'm really not happy you used another postal service without even inquiring. Same happened with order W1503180125225871 (at that time you couldn't select a courier, but I added a message telling not to use POSTNL and preferably HUNGPOST) which you sent with POSTNL (which almost always passes through customs (going to Belgium).
