I was told that the item would be resended. I was asking for a tracking for the resended shipment.

Well, that is kind of the problem. Customer support told me they would resend the order. However, I never received a new order or tracking number.

The initial Ticket# AT15093001738 and Order# WW1507140619284248.

Never received a new one.
