O ja van het weekend was ik hier in Milaan in een grote CD-winkel, daar hadden ze een mega grote MJ stand met allemaal vinyl (veel Thriller maar ook J5 platen) en heel veel bootleg dvds en boeken maar ook officiele dingen zoals Dancing the Dream en een dvd van de Making Of van We Are The World, en heel veel t-shirts en zo... erg leuk.

En zoals hierboven al gezegd is door Robijn, Michael heeft gezegd zijn vader te hebben vergeven voor wat hij hem heeft aangedaan. Dat wil nog niet zeggen dat ze meteen een goede band hebben. Die twee zagen elkaar praktisch nooit meer en Michael heeft ook gezegd nog steeds pijn/verdriet te hebben wegens zijn verleden, ook al heeft hij zijn pa dan vergeven.
Maar wat bedoel je precies, uit de Bashir documentaire? Kan me even niet zo snel iets voor de geest halen daarvan waaruit blijkt dat hij en zijn pa een goede band hadden.

Eind jaren '80 vernoemde de school om deze reden de aula naar "Michael Jackson Auditorium", en Michael was bij deze ceremonie zelf aanwezig.
Een mooi gebaar, zou je zeggen. Maar in 2003 hebben ze Michael's naam afgetimmerd vanwege de rechtzaak. Het erge is: vandaag de dag is zijn naam nog steeds achter een paar planken verborgen!
Echt een dikke schande! Een paar fans zijn nu een actie gestart om de school over te halen die stomme planken weg te halen en Michael's eer weer te herstellen. Je kan rechtstreeks naar de school mailen (Ramon C. Cortines – superintendent apestaartje lausd punt net en/of Gardner School Principal:

A paramedic report in the Michael Jackson case reportedly says Dr. Conrad Murray withheld a key fact from the EMTs -- that he had administered Propofol to the singer.
The report, published by News of the World, states what TMZ has previously reported -- that paramedics felt Jackson was dead when they got to the singer's home but Dr. Murray, as the senior medical professional present, demanded that Jackson be taken to the hospital.
According to the report, Jackson had flatlined by the time paramedics arrived at the house, and he had no blood pressure, pulse or breath, and his pupils were dilated.
According to the report, Dr. Murray told paramedics Jackson was exhausted because he couldn't fall asleep and he had given Jackson Lorazepam -- a sedative. Omitting the fact that Dr. Murray gave Jackson Propofol is no doubt something the paramedics should have known about and will almost certainly be used by prosecutors in the trial.

De discussie over die lijfarts die hem dingen voorschreef die totaal buiten elke proportie vielen is een andere , maar het lijkt me een understatement dat hij de laatste jaren van zijn leven een junk was .
NIET AIG , ook NIET zijn lijfarts heeft MJ vermoordt maar hij heeft zichzelf kapot gemaakt .
Natuurlijk moet die dokter vervolgd worden . Maar een ding lijkt me duidelijk . Als je lastig ging doen of té dichtbij kwam op het gebied van zijn verslaving werd je "vervangen"

Als ze die naam niet op hun school willen hebben mogen ze dat natuurlijk altijd nog zelf weten, maar dan vind ik niet dat ze het zo lafhartig moeten afplakken maar gewoon weghalen. Zoals het nu is is het nog tien keer respectlozer dan als ze het zouden weghalen.

Als jij meld piepie, dat jij niet gelooft dat hij een medicijnverslaving had, dan weet je toch wel weer genoeg. Want zonder die medicijnen zou hij niet overleden zijn. Doe nou niet alsof je dom bent. Het zijn dat soort hints, samen met smileys als knipoogjes en noem maar op, die me gisteren even opbraken. Je lijkt die hoax wel als een soort sensatie te zien.
Gek, ik heb juist het idee dat jij het door dat soort dingen die kant opstuurt. Het lijkt me ook niet fijn voor jou om hier mee te kletsen, als je erin gelooft dat hij niet dood is. Het is gebleken dat dat gewoon niet samengaat.

Murray Allegedly Stopped CPR to Hide Drugs

Dr. Conrad Murray stopped administering CPR to Michael Jackson to collect drug vials ... this according to documents obtained by the Associated Press.

According to bodyguard Alberto Alvarez (right), Dr. Murray stopped CPR and handed Alvarez drug vials and told him to put the vials in a bag.
Alvarez told investigators when he went into the room he saw an IV attached to Jackson's leg. Also Jackson's mouth and eyes were wide open and there was no sign of life.
According to the AP, Michael Jackson's kids, Prince and Paris, entered the room and cried as they watched Dr. Murray administer mouth-to-mouth.
According to Alvarez, Dr. Murray took several vials and told Alvarez to put them in a plastic bag, then told Alvarez to put the plastic bag in a canvas bag. Alvarez also says Dr. Murray told him to remove the IV that contained a white milky substance (Propofol has this quality) in another canvas bag. Alvarez didn't say where the bags went.
The report says, after Jackson was pronounced dead at UCLA Medical Center, Murray said he needed to go back to the mansion to get cream Jackson had "so the world wouldn't find out about it." The statement did not get more specific.
As TMZ first reported, Alvarez -- who called 911 -- told cops several months after Jackson's death that Dr. Murray hid bottles of Propofol in a closet so family members and cops wouldn't find them.
Sources connected with Dr. Murray's defense say the doctor didn't hide anything.

Michael Jackson, who died in June 2009, was honored earlier this month at a Children Uniting Nations fundraiser.
(PEOPLE.com) -- From her seat in the Beverly Hilton International ballroom, Rebbie Jackson watched a big screen quietly with her brother Randy as the Oscars paid tribute to members of the Hollywood community who passed away in 2009.
Then the image of her brother Michael appeared.
"When I saw his picture -- that was hard, it brought tears," she told PEOPLE earlier this month at the Children Uniting Nations fundraiser where Rebbie, 59, made a rare public appearance with Randy, 48, to accept the 2010 Angel Award honoring her late brother's support of children's causes.
"We miss him so much," she told the crowd, "and we know you do too."
Backstage after receiving the award, Rebbie said she took a moment to compose herself. "I got very emotional afterward," she says. "But I was very pleased and happy to be a part of this -- Michael was very passionate about children and supporting their causes. Boy, he would have loved this," she said, smiling. "I'm grateful and thankful to all these people."
It's been nine months since Jackson's death. Asked how else they planned on preserving her brother's legacy, Rebbie said that's not the focus.
"We're just trying to be a family and get ourselves through all of it -- it has been so much," Rebbie said. "I'm just trying to stay positive. But other than that, Michael's kids are fine."
She added her mother Katherine is "hanging in there" and enjoying spending time with her grandchildren.
"Her favorite thing as a grandma is for everyone to come over and play games, especially Pictionary," Rebbie added. "All the time. Everyone gets involved and we all act silly. She's a mother every day and she always supports the kids."

Als Murray MI echter bewust een overdosis heeft gegeven, is het moord. Maar dat is volgens mij toch wel duidelijk, dat het geen moord is? Kan ik fout hebben, zit niet zo diep in de materie als jullie, maar als het overduidelijk moord zou zijn geweest, was ie wel meteen opgepakt.
Samenvattend denk ik dat Michael Jackson vorig jaar simpelweg op een bijzonder tragische wijze om het leven is gekomen, maar dat hij de situatie wel in de hand heeft gewerkt. En dat blijft eeuwig zonde.

California AG moves to stop Jackson's doctor from practicing

California's attorney general doesn't want Dr. Conrad Murray to practice medicine while he's being prosecuted.
(CNN) -- The California state medical board will ask a judge to prevent Dr. Conrad Murray from practicing medicine in California while he is being prosecuted in Michael Jackson's death, according to documents filed on Tuesday with the court by California Attorney General Jerry Brown.
Brown, who is also running for governor, said in his filing that Murray, who was the pop star's personal physician, "administered a lethal dose of propofol, as well as other drugs, to Michael Jackson."
"We will argue in court that Murray was reckless in giving Jackson such a dangerous drug and has demonstrated a serious lack of judgment that should prohibit him from practicing medicine," Brown said.
Los Angeles County Judge Keith Schwartz refused a prosecution request to suspend Murray's California medical license as a term of his bond last month, but he did order him not to use any anesthesia on patients.
"I don't want you sedating people," Schwartz told Murray.
Murray defense lawyer Ed Chernoff said nothing has changed since then. Murray has no office or patients in California, he said. Murray resumed his medical practice in Texas and Nevada last fall.
"It is disingenuous for the attorney general to now bring this up just because Dr. Murray is coming to court April 5," Chernoff said.
The Los Angeles coroner concluded Jackson died of "acute propofol intoxication."
Murray told investigators he gave Jackson propofol, a powerful anesthetic, to help him sleep.
The medical board's executive director will appear at Murray's next hearing, set for April 5, to ask the judge to restrict Murray's license until the criminal proceedings are over, Brown said.
Murray pleaded not guilty to a single charge of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's June 25, 2009, death. He was freed on $75,000 bond.
Brown's filing argued that Murray, "if allowed to continue to practice medicine poses a danger to the public health, safety and welfare."
Murray resumed his medical practice in Texas and Nevada last fall.
The filing comes a day after a confidential investigation report was leaked to The Associated Press, suggesting that Murray tried to hide propofol bottles even as he was trying to resuscitate Jackson.
Chernoff accused the prosecution of leaking the "death investigation police report" as a tactic to force the defense to reveal its strategy before a preliminary hearing.
Sandi Gibbons, the spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney, said prosecutors did not leak the document. "We haven't given anybody anything," Gibbons said.
The autopsy report said investigators found "multiple opened bottles of propofol" in Jackson's home.
Although the police report suggested Murray was trying to hide the bottles, Miranda Sevcik, a Chernoff spokeswoman, said the doctor told investigators about them and where they could find them in a bag in a bedroom closet.
Police did not seal Jackson's rented mansion for several days after his death, she said. Family members and others carried out boxes and a moving van pulled up to the home at one point, she said.
The defense also challenged the investigation report's reference to Jackson's two oldest children -- Prince and Paris -- that says they walked into the bedroom and saw the CPR efforts.
Chernoff said he expects more leaks from prosecutors as Murray's next hearing approaches.
"We would ask the public to reserve judgment until after the people's witnesses are placed under oath and subjected to the rigors of cross-examination. We are confident that a fair trial will ferret out the truth," Chernoff said.
Murray, who was with Jackson when he died, is charged with involuntary manslaughter by acting "without malice" but also "without due caution and circumspection."
Jackson, who hired Murray as his physician while he prepared for what was to have been a series of comeback concerts, called the doctor to his rented Holmby Hills mansion last June 25 at about 1 a.m., the report said.
"The decedent complained of being dehydrated and not being able to sleep," it said.
A police affidavit previously made public said the doctor told investigators he gave Jackson three anti-anxiety drugs to help him sleep that morning.
Murray told them he had been treating Jackson for insomnia for six weeks at the time of the singer's death. He said he had given Jackson 50 milligrams of the sedative propofol diluted with the local anesthetic lidocaine every night via an intravenous drip.
The doctor told police he was worried that Jackson was becoming addicted to the drug and was trying to wean him off it.
During the two nights before Jackson's death, Murray said, he put together combinations of other drugs that succeeded in helping Jackson sleep.
Michael simpelweg een verslaafde freak noemen (zoals hierboven ergens gebeurde) vind ik te ver gaan. Natuurlijk is hij hoofdverantwoordelijke voor zijn verslaving, maar gezien zijn leven/verleden vind ik ook weer niet dat je het hem dat keihard aan kan rekenen. Manslaughter: The Final Slap in Michael Jackson's Face
The whole world is outraged at the single charge of manslaughter that has finally been brought against Conrad Murray in the death of the most popular entertainer and humanitarian that has ever lived, Michael Jackson.
In 1993, Michael Jackson was charged with a false allegation of child abuse. The charge itself was preposterous, but the investigation and interrogation that pursued was inhumane, including the body search that required Michael Jackson to strip naked and have his private body parts photographed and examined. While Michael Jackson's attorneys were vigorously fighting to lawfully prove his innocence, the prosecutor used every unethical tactic he could find. The court system also allowed the accuser's greed hungry father to file a civil lawsuit while the criminal investigation was ongoing. This breached Michael Jackson's constitutional right to a fair hearing and forced Michael Jackson to settle the civil lawsuit.
In 2003, Michael Jackson was charged, once again, at the hands of the same vindictive prosecutor whose only goal was to cause Michael Jackson worldwide humiliation. Arresting and putting Michael Jackson in handcuffs like a common criminal was his primary goal. Breaking him financially and causing him so much pain and suffering was secondary. The charges were bogus, manufactured, the accuser's were fraudulent and money hungry, and when the trial concluded, there was not enough credible evidence to have caused the indictment against Michael Jackson in the first place. Yet, millions of taxpayers dollars were spent, the entire world saw the incompetence of the United States judicial system and he only succeeded in destroying people's confidence in America's justice system.
Now, in 2009, the world mourned the loss of the greatest entertainer and humanitarian that has ever lived. The coroner's report ruled early on that Michael Jackson's death was a homicide. However, it took the authorities 8 months to finally bring charges against Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, citing that they wanted to be thorough in their investigation. But several months later Michael Jackson's personal security guards were still waiting to talk to investigators, and there are still key people that have valuable facts that can prove the charge of murder, instead of manslaughter.
On February 8, 2010, Conrad Murray freely walked into the courthouse to answer to a single charge of manslaughter and, to everyone's knowledge, freely walked out. His bails bondman was at the court house to bail him out without him ever seeing the inside of the jail. We are told that Conrad Murray was booked and fingerprinted, but cannot confirm how and when it was done.
Conrad Murray received special treatment for killing Michael Jackson. He is being represented by the best criminal defense attorney involving Propofol while stating that he is broke. He is allowed to continue practicing medicine, but not to use Propofol. He gave police two different timelines about his actions the early morning of Michael Jackson's death. We call that lying, but his attorney calls it a mistake. Conrad Murray lied to the paramedics about the drugs he gave Michael Jackson, completely eliminating the drug Propofol, which was later ruled as the cause of his death. He lied and said he gave Michael 25mg which the coroner's report stated it was so much Propofol in Michael's system that it was detected behind his eyes. He refused to sign Michael Jackson's death certificate and insisted that the paramedics take Michael's body to the hospital, even though they concluded that Michael was already dead upon their arrival and even hours before.
It has now been revealed that Conrad Murray halted CPR on Michael Jackson in order to hide and collect drug vials at the scene. After eight months of investigation, why is this new information? Either the real facts are known and are being concealed, or they are not known due to improper investigation.
Inside sources have verified that Conrad Murray gave Michael Jackson Propofol and left the premises to meet with a call girl the early morning hours before his death.
It is believed that he found Michal Jackson dead upon his return and this is the reason for all the lies. Manslaughter is the act of causing some one's death unintentionally without malice. If Conrad Murray gave Michael Jackson Propofol and left the premises, leaving him completely unattended, his pre-meditated and intentional actions warrant the charge of 2nd degree murder.Once again there seems to be a blatant disregard for Michael Jackson's life? The man responsible for causing Michael Jackson harm is once again being rewarded. Michael Jackson has been stripped of many things, including his dignity, pride, constitutional rights, honor, character, good name, money, property and good works, but the final slap in Michael Jackson's face is being played out worldwide once again. Conrad Murray's pre-meditated and intentional acts caused the death of the greatest entertainer and humanitarian that has ever lived. We failed to give Michael Jackson justice in his lifetime, but we seek justice in his death. If the single charge of manslaughter is not changed and Conrad Murray receives the minimum punishment for his pre-meditated negligence, this will be the final slap in Michael Jackson's face.
We are asking for a grand jury investigation hearing to be convened immediately for the charge of manslaughter to be changed to 2nd degree murder against Conrad Murray.

Med Board Investigators -- Conrad Murray Lied

Investigators for the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners have filed a formal complaint against Dr. Conrad Murray for allegedly lying ... but not in the Michael Jackson case ... according to documents obtained by TMZ.
According to the complaint, on June 13, 2007 and again on June 19, 2009, Dr. Murray applied for renewal of his medical license. One of the questions: "Are you out of compliance with court ordered child support?" In both cases Dr. Murray "answered in the negative" -- meaning he said he did not owe any child support.
According to the Medical Board investigators, in June, 2007 Dr. Murray owed $7,255.86 and in June, 2009 he owed $10,131.05.
Bottom line -- investigators say Dr. Murray lied.
You'll recall Dr. Murray was in legal hot water over back child support last year, but dodged a bullet when he became current.
The complaint makes no mention of Michael Jackson's death.
Investigators are asking the Medical Board to "determine what sanctions it determines to impose for the violations ... committed by Respondent."

EINDHOVEN - Nederlandse fans van Michael Jackson komen komende zaterdag bij elkaar in Best om te benadrukken dat zij achter de familie van de overleden zanger staan.
De familie gaat twee dagen later naar de hoorzitting in de zaak tegen de arts die Michael Jackson onder behandeling had. De King of Pop overleed op 25 juni aan een overdosis medicijnen.
De fans komen bijeen bij het History Tour standbeeld van Jackson in Best bij de McDonald's. Tijdens de bijeenkomst kunnen de fans een handtekening op een vlag zetten, die naar de USA wordt gestuurd om daar de Nederlandse fans te vertegenwoordigen.

Dr. Conrad MurrayTMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray has not reached out to Michael Jackson's family to apologize for the death of the singer. As for why Dr. Murray has not apologized ... he believes he did nothing improper that would have led to Jackson's death.
A source connected to Dr. Murray tells TMZ ... Dr. Murray does not believe the Propofol he administered to the singer killed him, not withstanding the L.A. County Coroner's conclusion that Jackson died from a lethal overdose of the anesthetic.
The source tells TMZ the reason Dr. Murray never told paramedics about administering Propofol is because he had no idea the drug was a factor in Jackson's demise.
As for allegedly hiding Propofol bottles in the closet at Jackson's house ... Dr. Murray's people note it was the doctor himself who informed LAPD detectives two days after Jackson's death that the bottles were in the closet.

Did Dr. Conrad Murray Conspire with Baby Mama?

Does Dr. Conrad Murray's girlfriend/baby mama, Nicole Alvarez, have any info about the death of Michael Jackson? That's what the LAPD's been trying to find out.
Detectives obtained a search warrant in November and searched a Gmail account belonging to Nicole Alvarez, a woman who had a child with Dr. Conrad Murray.
Murray was staying with her in Santa Monica up until the time Jackson died (June 25, 2009), and police sought records from May through September of last year.
Essentially, detectives wanted to know what Dr. Murray was saying to Nicole Alvarez for two months before and two months after the music star's untimely death.
An affidavit mentions a "shipment" Murray may have discussed with Alvarez. Officials believe Dr. Murray had Propofol sent from a Las Vegas pharmacy to Alvarez.
He faces involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Jackson.
At the center of the prosecution's case are not only Murray's actions that day, but contradictory statements and omissions of facts in statements made to officials.
Meanwhile, a newly-released search warrant details some of what cops discovered at Jackson's mansion in the aftermath of his death.

Interesting to note that they found a canvas bag, which MJ bodyguard Alberto Alvarez (no relation) told cops Dr. Murray told him to put vials of Propofol in.

There are those rare visionaries who come along, maybe a few every millennia: the Bodhisattvas of the world. They are usually empaths who begin in childhood to literally feel the pain of the world and make vows to the cosmos early in life to change or improve it. They go about spreading awareness and mobilizing forces for change in order to make the world a better place. Counted among them are: Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Theresa, John Lennon, Lady Diana Spencer, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Mattie Stepanek, Nelson Mandela and a little Moonwalker.
The most famous man on earth literally stopped the world and the Internet when he became immortal on June 25, 2009. Michael Jackson was such a one— a cheerleader for humanity and a force for coalescing compassion and mobilizing global forces for change, philanthropy and social reform. A global messenger, Michael’s rise to stardom afforded him visibility and a worldwide platform from which to broadcast his message. His boldness and artistry garnered attention and Michael knew how to get attention. When he pulled enough people in and had everybody’s attention—he emphatically delivered the message. It was cloaked in a form that everyone could understand—the universal language of music.
As a child, he acutely felt the pain of the world and especially the world’s children. Michael’s words in his book Dancing the Dream reveal a thread of spirituality and mysticism rare for one so young. His body of work is filled with myth, metaphor and musical and visual story that encodes a stunning spiritual message for the human race. Michael also produced They Don’t Care about Us and other songs to address police brutality and mistreatment by authority. His song and video Black or White changed minds and advanced racial equality and multicultural diversity. His We are the World composition with Lionel Richie and accompanying video gathered 39 of the most visible faces on earth to raise millions to save lives in Africa. Heal the World was sung by children around the globe and at the 1993 Super Bowl halftime show where the whole stadium became a collage of earth’s children of all races and ethnic origins. Michael was the impetus behind Live Aid, Band Aid and he is responsible for starting the trend for musicians and celebrities to engage in fundraising and philanthropy.
His environmental anthem and epic music video Earth Song, was a prominent feature of his planned comeback concert This Is It. Earth Song carries the message that we must become not only custodians but stewards of the planet or risk destroying or losing it. Michael’s Don’t Stop till You get Enough is about the Force featured in Star Wars by George Lucas; he was a fan of both Lucas and Spielberg and he understood the concept of The Force, an intuitive conscious energy that permeates creation. He often said it was that intuitive energy, Force, or God who wrote his lyrics, performed and worked through him. He denied his own genius saying that his creativity and power didn’t come from him but through him. He writes about it Dancing the Dream. The last album Michael produced, Invincible included Cry, a song about us—meaning humanity the collective, being the chosen one and needing some kind of sign that we are: ‘on it’… the mission to change the world and create a better version of the human.
Michael’s international concerts featured a military tank screaming onto stage and a soldier who lays down his weapon for a child who extends an offering of peace. He organized concerts at the world’s troubled spots like the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea asking his promoters to send him where he was needed. He teamed up with Pavarotti in benefits for the Warchild organization to help children in Kosovo and Guatemala. He organized a series of benefit concerts in Germany and Korea. He recruited Slash, The Scorpions, Boyz II Men, Luther Vandross, Mariah Carey, A. R. Rahman, Prabhu Deva Sundaram, Shobana Chandrakumar, Andrea Bocelli and Luciano Pavarotti for the Michael Jackson and Friends concerts. After the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York City, Michael Jackson helped organize the United We Stand: What More Can I Give benefit concert at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., which aired on October 21, 2001 and included dozens of major artists. His song What More Can I Give was written for the benefit and he donated it to the 9/11 families. He founded the Michael Jackson Burn Center at Culver City Memorial Hospital in California. Attending President Clinton’s inauguration, he asked for more funding for AIDS research after Ryan White, another child he had befriended, died from the disease. Michael, while on tour, would visit orphanages and hospitals in the countries where he played to concert audiences. He often met with leaders and if he found deplorable conditions during his visits, he would threaten to cancel a concert unless the conditions improved within 24 hours. No one ever ignored his demands for it would likely have caused citizen revolts. There are also hundreds of stories from people who were personally contacted by Michael Jackson. After a sniper opened fire at Cleveland Elementary School in Stockton, California, Michael called the local sheriff to request an escort from the airport to the school to visit the children; Dave Dave was a child who was badly burned when his father doused him with kerosene and lit him on fire and Michael, upon hearing the story, insisted on meeting and befriending him; Bela Farcas needed a liver transplant when Michael met him at Bethesda Hospital in Budapest so Michael paid for his new liver; he funded burials for children whose families couldn’t afford them and in one case, he sent his sequined jacket and a glove for the child to be buried in; he donated clothing and belongings for fundraisers and was the recipient of humanitarian awards too many to mention during his life and more since the recognition of his contributions since his death.
For decades, his Neverland Valley Ranch hosted monthly guest vacations, whether he was there or traveling, for children who were: gravely ill, inner city, handicapped, poor, at risk youth, gang affiliated, disenfranchised and disillusioned. The video for his famous Beat It featured real gang members Michael recruited—the Crips and the Bloods who collaborated to film it; the two groups had never before cooperated on anything except violence. His work with children was legion and very dear to his heart. Twice during his career, his celebrity, wealth and deep pockets brought accusers and accusations into his life—of improprieties with children. The accusations hurt him deeply and were later proven false and attempts to extort money from him. Although found innocent, the ordeal of his 2005 trial had harmed his reputation and was deeply wounding causing him to never host children at his fantasy ranch, nor live there again. He left his home feeling it had been sullied irreversibly by unscrupulous accusers and underhanded law enforcement personnel. He would never again sleep in his bedroom, in fact sleeping at all became rare; his sleep problems escalated and eventually led to his untimely and eerie death.
Most of Jackson’s work asks us to be emissaries of change and the evolution of human consciousness. The man leaves in his wake, an unparalleled humanitarian legacy, planetary midwifery and the alchemical power of the Bodhisattva used to enhance humanity and the planet. Using voice, magic, majesty, artistry, dance, mystery, sensuality, musical genius, enchantment and colossal talent to get their attention, pull people in, and marshal forces to deliver his message Michael trumpeted the message: Heal the world, make it a better place; make that change and change the world.”
If one digs underneath the hype, sensationalism and medialoid portrayal of Jackson, one finds a visionary and true humanitarian. If one looks beyond the label of “crazed” attributed to his fans, one finds mostly intelligent, thoughtful people who quite possibly are the greatest legacy he left this world. As the world’s most famous and visible global humanitarian and cheerleader, he leaves behind a worldwide family of 250 million admirers who are taking his teachings seriously. Michael always said his fans were his legacy. Many in the media have given them a cursory dismissal because of the “fan” label. But they got the message and they mean to be the change they want to see in the world and make it a better place. They are an army of humanitarians who are being the change. They mobilize themselves and resources for causes like the earthquakes in Haiti and Chile and others. They got Michael’s message and are weaving it into their lives.
Perhaps it’s time Michael Jackson is recognized for who he really was and not for the media frenzied and tabloid portrayal that pandered to a sophomoric public drunk and fixated on the cult of celebrity. His genius is there for anyone who wants to take a closer look, who wants the truth and not the tabloid caricature version. If he were recognized for his real accomplishments we would see an unappreciated visionary and genius, a spiritual teacher among us who was hiding in plain sight and masquerading as a Moonwalking Maker of Magic. If you feel impelled at all to take a closer look you may find your mouth agape and your surprise staggering. And you might even come to understand the Force that was Michael Jackson; then the real legend continues.

Celebrating Michael
A million people can tell us how to live and we'll never change, but oh-so-rarely a person comes along who can truly show us -- and this is priceless. Michael was given so many talents and worked so hard to cultivate them that he was able to show, not 50 or 100 people what it means to do right, but billions. The thought is staggering. Michael was appreciated by so many during his lifetime, and after his death the reverberations of this Supernova must only increase outwards. I am only one person among millions learning from his example but already I feel a change in myself, I see it: new determination, new strength, new understanding. If Michael hadn't been put through the hell that he was we could not have known everything he had inside him and would not have been so deeply moved. I believe that even in Michael's darkest hours he understood that God had a plan for him and believed he was strong enough to carry it out. Thank you, Reverend Kaufmann, for using your talents to introduce the real Michael to even more of us. One by one we are changing the world and inspiring others to do the same.

The Miracle of Michael Jackson
I am a 43 y/o pediatrician in the Philippines who didn't follow Michael Jackson much when I was a teen. And in medical school, my world was pretty narrow- school, work, sleep. After his death, i saw This is It and instantly knew this man was not who they are saying he was. He was radiating kindness and love through the whole film. I would not say I am a fan, but ceratinly I am a believer because since his death I have revisited his work. I think Michael was at peace when he died because he was at peace with GOD and at the end of our journey in life, that's what matters most. He died not waiting for the sun to set but eagerly waiting for the dawn of performing again to his fans. The workaholic that Michael was, he would not have tolerated idleness in his twilight years. He left this earth as vibrant and as young as when he came. GOD, in His wisdom, gave him a better way of exit in his career- that of performing around the globe with the documentary movie. London would have witnessed the miracle of his last concert, but now Michael is reborn to a new generation. In the past, fans were so mesmerized with the visual grandeur of his performances that maybe they forgot to listen to his prophetic words.That changes now. Once again children are dancing the Moonwalk. There is a renewed energy of singing and dancing his songs. He may have leftt this world physically but his spirit is very much alive!
Thank you Reverend for being a light. Michael's fans are still hurting about his death and you are an anchor in that sea of emotions.
I wanted to say here at Voices for Education Project that I have this club of college girls who teach children the song HEAL THE WORLD so that they may grow up with that hymn in their minds and in their hearts so that hopefully when they become adults they will remember the song and work to bring it into reality.

Celebrity victims of the media i.e. Michael Jackson.
When I was working for a weekly provincial newspaper even back in the 1970's, I often found that some facts had to be presented with a certain bias or twist, that I did not always agree with; facts were even omitted sometimes. So it's true, you can't always believe what you read in the newspapers!
Tabloids print their titillating lies about others' misfortunes - not their own, of course - only to make money. They give people the sensationalist thrills that consumers don't realise appeal to a baser human nature. They believe that somehow the world of celebrity brightens up their lives; are their lives really so sad and drab that this is necessary?
Bad news sells, and it sadly appeals to the not-so-lofty part of human nature. The tragedy of all this is; people believe it because it's in the papers so it must therefore be true! This highlights an ugly form of human greed, competition and survival at any cost. Those of a certain mentality, not their fault, of course, because they haven't learned differently, accept things as gospel.
Television advertising for questionable products is but one example of media manipulation; because it's made so attractive, people believe they must have the product even when it may be of poor quality.
As you write: 'Words can kill', and in these cases they did. I believe that the human spirit and goodness will triumph even if it takes a while.
Michael Jackson was an unstoppable juggernaut in life, in death he is certainly that, and more, for the aftershock wave is global.
I support your words and I wish you every success with this to 'make that change' to 'heal the world.'

Michael Jackson: Spiritual Messenger
I do believe that life as I knew it ended on June 25, 2009 the moment that Michael Jackson left this earth. I did not know exactly what was happening, because I had never experienced such a feeling before, therefore I had no point of reference. I describe this awakening as a kind of shift in the universe, for lack of better words. In the days, weeks, and months that have passed since that day, which is now a marker on the timeline of my lifetime, I have discovered that there is a worldwide phenonenom in motion and I am a part of it.
The people of the world are hearing, and spreading Michael's message of L-O-V-E. The thought that people throughout history have spent zillions of dollars and invested years of time and taken countless number of lives along the way is incredulous to me, when, in my opinion, the answer to the world's problems comes down to one four letter word and that is the word "love". This is Michael's message. The world needs more love. At times it has been difficult to put this experience into words because the more that I learn about Michael Jackson's legacy as described so beautifully by Barbara Kaufmann, the more at a loss for words I become. I am astounded by Michael's achievements for the earth and it's inhabitants because he was only one man yet he did the work of millions. I only know about what achievements were published, and factual. There is a whole other half of Michael's lifetime achievements that were done anonymously. People who spent time in Michael's enchanted presence will be coming forward and talking about these secret visits and donations that Michael insisted on keeping private for decades to come. I believe there isn't enough paper in the world to record Michael's Jackson's legacy. I conclude that Michael would be the one to invent the right word that encompasses his existence on earth because no word currently exists in the human vocabulary.

An Inspirational Figure of Our Time
Michael Jackson is truly an inspirational figure of our time. And indeed, need we look no further than the extraordinary example of his life, of how one human being can reach out and touch so many lives and affect such a positive change on our world.
His influence, through the awesome power of music and dance, has extended to every corner of our planet and moved millions of hearts to take up the challenge of healing our world through positive and constructive actions.
The light that shines through Michael Jackson's example of a life well lived and served, has now become the legacy of his fans. We now gladly take up that torch and vow to continue the work he has started to bring about positive changes for the benefit of all humanity.
It begins in the hearts and minds of those who are open to the call (and challenge) of looking in the mirror and making that change firstly within ones's own self.
Michael Jackson's untimely passing forced me to take a look in my own mirror - and I didnt like what I saw or the shadows I was casting. It was in researching his life more deeply and learning about his awe-inspiring humanitarian efforts, listening much more intently to the words and meanings in his songs and being truly amazed with his strength of mind and character that the light finally 'switched on' in my own heart, mind and soul, and demanded that I become the change I wanted to see in the world. I now carry this with me in everything I say and do.
Thankyou for this beautiful tribute to a truly wonderful and awe-inspiring human being.
His legacy will live forever. Love is stronger than hate.

The lover of humanity
I was no Michael Jackson fan, I had not even heard a single song of his and over the years I had dismissed him as a super famous weirdo and that was it. Thats what I had "heard" and "read" and I had not bothered to explore more.
When Michael Jackson left his physical form last year thats when I started exploring the person he was out of "curiousity" and I must admit that I had a preconceived notion of what I will find...I was sure I will find how super rich and super famous self destruct because they are not connected to something higher than fame. They are destined to go down spirally...
But boy was I WRONG!! And how wrong? 7 long months of scraping the media dirt off Michael Jackson...I found something incredible...
I found out that if he was not an unparalled mega star he would be known the world over for his kindness, for his love, his genorisity of spirt...for his unstoppable mission of "healing the world".
I found the Michael jackson who united the world, its races and genders through his music and the deep message in his music and songs. A man with a heart of a child and the drive of a warrior.
And its a miracle that all the non-stop and cruel attacks against this man did not make him a junkie, suicidal or bitter. God protected Michael Jackson because he tried his best to be Godlike in his actions. He never stopped giving...
Michael Jackson was indeed odd, he was the most famous person on earth who oddly LOVED VERY DEEPLY...when he could have easily cared little.
Knowing the truth about Michale Jackson, the lover of humanity, its children and planet earth, I am a new fan who vows to carry the torch from where he left.

This is a wonderful testament to the extent and reach of Michael Jackson's life work.
His humanitarian efforts and determination to deliver his message is quite
remarkable. In my own journey to discover the man behind the media veil,
I found evidence everywhere of his special light in our world. There is so much
clarity and consistency in everything he did, it's amazing and awful that
the media managed to affect our perception of the man to such an extent.

There are those rare visionaries who come along, maybe a few every millennia: the Bodhisattvas of the world. They are usually empaths who begin in childhood to literally feel the pain of the world and make vows to the cosmos early in life to change or improve it. They go about spreading awareness and mobilizing forces for change in order to make the world a better place. Counted among them are: Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Theresa, John Lennon, Lady Diana Spencer, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Mattie Stepanek, Nelson Mandela and a little Moonwalker.
The most famous man on earth literally stopped the world and the Internet when he became immortal on June 25, 2009. Michael Jackson was such a one— a cheerleader for humanity and a force for coalescing compassion and mobilizing global forces for change, philanthropy and social reform. A global messenger, Michael’s rise to stardom afforded him visibility and a worldwide platform from which to broadcast his message. His boldness and artistry garnered attention and Michael knew how to get attention. When he pulled enough people in and had everybody’s attention—he emphatically delivered the message. It was cloaked in a form that everyone could understand—the universal language of music.
As a child, he acutely felt the pain of the world and especially the world’s children. Michael’s words in his book Dancing the Dream reveal a thread of spirituality and mysticism rare for one so young. His body of work is filled with myth, metaphor and musical and visual story that encodes a stunning spiritual message for the human race. One has to look closely and deeper for the real message: his Ghost short film holds a jaw dropping message about humanity, mirror and shadow.
His Man in the Mirror song written by Siedah Garrett, became a Gandhi-esque anthem for a generation. Michael also produced They Don’t Care about Us and other songs to address police brutality and mistreatment by authority. His We are the World composition with Lionel Richie and accompanying video gathered 39 of the most visible faces on earth to raise millions to save lives in Africa. Heal the World was sung by children around the globe and at the 1993 Super Bowl halftime show where the whole stadium became a collage of earth’s children of all races and ethnic origins. Michael was the impetus behind Live Aid, Band Aid and he is responsible for starting the trend for musicians and celebrities to engage in fundraising and philanthropy.
His environmental anthem and epic music video Earth Song, was a prominent feature of his planned comeback concert This Is It. Earth Song carries the message that we must become not only custodians but stewards of the planet or risk destroying or losing it. Michael’s Don’t Stop till You get Enough is about the Force featured in Star Wars by George Lucas; he was a fan of both Lucas and Spielberg and he understood the concept of The Force, an intuitive conscious energy that permeates creation. He often said it was that intuitive energy, Force, or God who wrote his lyrics, performed and worked through him. He denied his own genius saying that his creativity and power didn’t come from him but through him. He writes about it Dancing the Dream. The last album Michael produced, Invincible included Cry, a song about us—meaning humanity the collective, being the chosen one and needing some kind of sign that we are: ‘on it’… the mission to change the world and create a better version of the human.
Michael’s international concerts featured a military tank screaming onto stage and a soldier who lays down his weapon for a child who extends an offering of peace. He organized concerts at the world’s troubled spots like the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea asking his promoters to send him where he was needed. He teamed up with Pavarotti in benefits for the Warchild organization to help children in Kosovo and Guatemala. He organized a series of benefit concerts in Germany and Korea. He recruited Slash, The Scorpions, Boyz II Men, Luther Vandross, Mariah Carey, A. R. Rahman, Prabhu Deva Sundaram, Shobana Chandrakumar, Andrea Bocelli and Luciano Pavarotti for the Michael Jackson and Friends concerts. After the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York City, Michael Jackson helped organize the United We Stand: What More Can I Give benefit concert at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., which aired on October 21, 2001 and included dozens of major artists. His song What More Can I Give was written for the benefit and he donated it to the 9/11 families. He founded the Michael Jackson Burn Center at Culver City Memorial Hospital in California. Attending President Clinton’s inauguration, he asked for more funding for AIDS research after Ryan White, another child he had befriended, died from the disease. Michael Jackson is listed in the Guinness World Book of Records as supporting the most charities of any entertainer—thirty nine of them. He met with heads of state and marched with armies round the world. The arm band he wore every day on his sleeve was homage to children and he vowed to wear it until there were no more wars on the planet and no more hungry children. His taped fingers were to remind him and us that there were still injured and suffering children in the world.
Michael, while on tour, would visit orphanages and hospitals in the countries where he played to concert audiences. He often met with leaders and if he found deplorable conditions during his visits, he would threaten to cancel a concert unless the conditions improved within 24 hours. No one ever ignored his demands for it would likely have caused citizen revolts. There are also hundreds of stories from people who were personally contacted by Michael Jackson. After a sniper opened fire at Cleveland Elementary School in Stockton, California, Michael called the local sheriff to request an escort from the airport to the school to visit the children; Dave Dave was a child who was badly burned when his father doused him with kerosene and lit him on fire and Michael, upon hearing the story, insisted on meeting and befriending him; Bela Farcas needed a liver transplant when Michael met him at Bethesda Hospital in Budapest so Michael paid for his new liver; he funded burials for children whose families couldn’t afford them and in one case, he sent his sequined jacket and a glove for the child to be buried in; he donated clothing and belongings for fundraisers and was the recipient of humanitarian awards too many to mention during his life and more since the recognition of his contributions since his death.
For decades, his Neverland Valley Ranch hosted monthly guest vacations, whether he was there or traveling, for children who were: gravely ill, inner city, handicapped, poor, at risk youth, gang affiliated, disenfranchised and disillusioned. The video for his famous Beat It featured real gang members Michael recruited—the Crips and the Bloods who collaborated to film it; the two groups had never before cooperated on anything except violence. His work with children was legion and very dear to his heart. Twice during his career, his celebrity, wealth and deep pockets brought accusers and accusations into his life—of improprieties with children. The accusations hurt him deeply and were later proven false and attempts to extort money from him. Although found innocent, the ordeal of his 2005 trial had harmed his reputation and was deeply wounding causing him to never host children at his fantasy ranch, nor live there again. He left his home feeling it had been sullied irreversibly by unscrupulous accusers and underhanded law enforcement personnel. He would never again sleep in his bedroom, in fact sleeping at all became rare; his sleep problems escalated and eventually led to his untimely and eerie death.
Most of Jackson’s work asks us to be emissaries of change and the evolution of human consciousness. The man leaves in his wake, an unparalleled humanitarian legacy, planetary midwifery and the alchemical power of the Bodhisattva used to enhance humanity and the planet. Using voice, magic, majesty, artistry, dance, mystery, sensuality, musical genius, enchantment and colossal talent to get their attention, pull people in, and marshal forces to deliver his message Michael trumpeted the message: Heal the world, make it a better place; make that change and change the world.”
If one digs underneath the hype, sensationalism and medialoid portrayal of Jackson, one finds a visionary and true humanitarian. If one looks beyond the label of “crazed” attributed to his fans, one finds mostly intelligent, thoughtful people who quite possibly are the greatest legacy he left this world. As the world’s most famous and visible global humanitarian and cheerleader, he leaves behind a worldwide family of 250 million admirers who are taking his teachings seriously. Michael always said his fans were his legacy. Many in the media have given them a cursory dismissal because of the “fan” label. But they got the message and they mean to be the change they want to see in the world and make it a better place. They are an army of humanitarians who are being the change. They mobilize themselves and resources for causes like the earthquakes in Haiti and Chile and others. They got Michael’s message and are weaving it into their lives.
Perhaps it’s time Michael Jackson is recognized for who he really was and not for the media frenzied and tabloid portrayal that pandered to a sophomoric public drunk and fixated on the cult of celebrity. His genius is there for anyone who wants to take a closer look, who wants the truth and not the tabloid caricature version. If he were recognized for his real accomplishments we would see an unappreciated visionary and genius, a spiritual teacher among us who was hiding in plain sight and masquerading as a Moonwalking Maker of Magic. If you feel impelled at all to take a closer look you may find your mouth agape and your surprise staggering. And you might even come to understand the Force that was Michael Jackson; then the real legend continues.

Michael Jackson Bodyguard Fired

Alberto AlvarezTMZ has learned the bodyguard who says Dr. Conrad Murray asked him to help hide Propofol in Michael Jackson's house the day he died was fired from his job Friday by the Jackson family.
Alvarez had been working at the Jackson family compound in Encino since the singer died last June.
Alberto Alvarez is the bodyguard who called 911 from Jackson's house. Last week it was reported that Alvarez told LAPD detectives ... that before paramedics arrived on scene Dr. Murray asked him to put bottles of Propofol in a bag.
Alvarez -- who is sometimes referred to as Jackson's "logistics director" -- did not tell detectives about the alleged cover-up the day Jackson died, but rather two months later. The story about the alleged cover-up broke last Monday.
As for why Alvarez was fired, the Jackson family isn't talking.

Ik dacht zelf ook om vitiligo te verbergen of om zijn handen extra nadruk te kunnen geven op het podium (zelfde effect als witte sokken) maar als dit de echte reden is vind ik dat wel mooi. “Jaafar is a very good boy,” Jermaine told Shaun. “He’s never done anything to hurt anybody.”
Jermaine and 13-year-old son Jaafar were adamant when they told Shaun that Jaafar never threatened Michael’s children with a stun gun at the Jackson family home in Encino, Calif., as the tabloids reported.
Shaun met up with the two and with Jermaine’s 9-year-old son, Jermajesty, at the Westlake Golf Course where Jaafar showed off his impressive golfing skills. It was at that locale that Shaun asked Jermaine and Jaafar about the youngster’s purchase last month of a 300,000 volt stun gun online for $38, which Jaafar said, was a surprise gift for his dad.
“The box came. You then opened up the box and you were looking at it and?” Shaun asked.
“And I tested it on a piece of paper,” Jaafar explained. “Then I put it back in the box that it came with and put it in the drawer then the security came and took it.
“The people around us said that I had it for a few days and I was chasing Blanket and Paris around the house, which is not true. They didn’t know anything about it and they’re on the other side of the house,” he added.
“So there’s someone in the house…” Jermaine chimed in.
“That told,” Jaafar interrupted.
“That are leaking things out and shouldn’t be,” Jermaine finished.
Jermaine claimed that these people were once a part of Michael’s world and are now trying to cause a division within the Jackson family. He claimed they leaked the stun gun situation to the press and alerted Child Services.
“They’re trying to take us out of the house so they use this incident to try and say I’m a bad kid which I’m not because I’ll never try to hurt my cousin at all,” Jaafar explained.
“These are people who are there who Michael didn’t even want around when he was here,” Jermaine added.
“Have you and Prince talked about these other people in the house and how does he feel?” asked Shaun.
Jaafar responded, “He wish[ed] they weren’t there.”
“Jermaine, will those people ever be out of your lives?” Shaun asked.
“Yes, yes. They will if I have the final say,” Jermaine said. “We lost our brother so it’s time to clean house. It’s time to get rid of everything and everybody and just start anew.”
Jermaine and Jaafar said that after a visit to the Jackson home, Child Services found nothing wrong.
As for rumors that Jermaine’s kids and Michael’s kids don’t get along, Jaafar maintained that they play together all the time.
“How do they spend their days?” Shaun asked.
“We go to school, we go eat, we play video games, go swimming and karate,” Jaafar said.
