Radioshowsquote:From a very early age, Daniel Kandi, knew that music would be his first and last love in life. He started singing from an early age and always kept the dream about music alive. When he grew older ATB was his first journey into the world of trance. He started producing at the age of 17 after meeting probably one of the most undiscovered and underrated producers on the earth.
Wazari, also a guy from Denmark, 2 years younger than Daniel, went to the same school as Daniel, and they discovered they both had the same passion for dance & trance music. They both started working in the software program Reason 1.0 and stuck to it ever since that time.
Wazari was the quickest to learn the program's full advantage, and soon became sort of a Reason-mentor for Daniel. Over 2-3 years, Daniel's talent for producing increased, and after several Danish releases as a house artist, decided to finally send a track called "Breathe" to Anjunabeats.
After almost giving up on the wait, the busy label finally contacted him, and wanted to sign the track. It became the start of Daniel's trance career which has since started to grow. His second single was an EP Child/Nova, which is still doing well on the online sales charts. An album is in the making, but when and where it's released is still not known. But the fact is, that he is ready to travel around the world to dj in front of the crowds that equally share the passion for trance. He had a superb first gig in London @ the Gallery, Turnmills. Closing the party in the 3rd room, he saw how well he was received and he now wants more!
Coming tracks on Anjunabeats, plus a single with new producing-partner Kris O'Neil, their single on Mondo entitled "Back Home" has already won the TATW webvote twice, and looks to be a strong release from the two guys.
Furthermore, Daniel made one of the best uplifting boot mixes of 2006, making sure that Armin van Buuren on several occasions played the "Love Your More" in both his radioshow A State of Trance and in live gigs. Maybe soon you'll see the Danish wonderboy who looks to have a very strong year 2007!
Elke donderdagavond van de week is er op DI.FM vanaf 6 uur Global Dj Broadcast met Markus Schulz en vanaf 8 uur A State Of Trance, gepresenteerd door Armin van Buuren. Op dinsdagavond is er vanaf 9 uur Trance Around The World met Above & Beyond op Anjunabeats.com.
Luister naar GDJB, ASOT en TATW om op de hoogte te blijven van de nieuwste releases. Tracklists hier, hier en hier te vinden.
Er zijn nog ontelbaar veel meer trance radioshows, een goed overzicht vind je hier and hier.
Zo af en toe is er ook nog wel een leuke trance dj te vinden bij 538 Dance Department.
Vanaf 6 april krijgt ook Tiësto zijn eigen radioshow op Radio 538 genaamd 'Club Nouveau'!
