John Bolton gaat nu getuigen als hij wordt opgeroepen. En dit kan best wel vuurwerk opleveren, Bolton heeft het eigenlijk wel gehad met Trump. voor Bolton is Trump een TE onzekere factor geworden.

Dit heeft verder ook geen hol met politiek te maken maar met zijn bedrijven. Voor mijn gevoel heb ik geen diepgaande kennis nodig over zijn manier van zaken doen bedrijfsmatig om te zien dat hij het politiek niet altijd handig aanpakt.

Gewoon de boeken over 'm lezen en dan weet je precies hoe hij zijn miljoenen heeft vergaard. Een paar toevalstreffers zoals Trump building, the Apprentice en het idee om zijn naam te venten, flink hulp van zijn pa en een hele hoop slechte beslissingen die hij wist te af te wentelen op zijn investeerders. En na zijn bijna failliet in 90s uiteraard dienen als witwasser voor de Russische mafia. Ook dat is inmiddels uitgebreid getraceerd en gedocumenteerd. But you probably won’t. Het verhaal dat de generaal ineens een 'imminent threat' was moet nog blijken, de details daarvan zijn om één of andere duistere reden nog steeds niet gedeeld met het Congres en 'imminent' blijkt helemaal niet zo imminent meer te zijn.
De actie is volkomen gestoord, onbezonnen en onnodig riskant omdat hij er Amerikanen mee in gevaar bracht. Bovendien is de generaal al vervangen dus hoezo is er nu dan geen directe bedreiging meer?
