Global Rights Compliance Partner Catriona Murdoch said the research aimed to "see if there was a broader narrative" of the Russian military and leadership's deliberate denial of food and other necessities of life — a strategy of starvation that could be equated to war crime

She noted that lawyers drew attention to four phases of the Russian attack:
→ attack on civilian infrastructure;
→ cutting out the supply of electricity, heating and water supply;
→ denial of humanitarian evacuation;
→ attacks while help could not come.

She said the staged shelling of Mariupol demonstrated that Russia planned to capture the city without mercy for the estimated 450,000 civilians by February 24, 2022.

The report concluded that approximately 90% of the city's health facilities and homes were destroyed or damaged during the siege, while food distribution points and humanitarian evacuation routes were bombed.

Wanneer het werkt zijn zij er erg tevreden over dus. Het is het beste vliegtuig die zij hebben.

Maar met slechts 29 procent die volledig missie gereed is, flink oplopende kosten, een zekere onbetrouwbaarheid. Problemen met het produceren van de benodigde onderdelen en het upgraden van onderdelen en software. En flinke vertragingen wil ik niet zeggen dat zij er uitermate tevreden mee zijn.

Dat is slechts een klein deel van de afweging. De betrouwbaarheid, kosten, technische specificaties, leverbaarheid etc. wegen ook mee. En die afwegingen worden niet door de vlieger gedaan maar door de politiek/hoogste niveau van de landmacht/de luchtmacht/de marine/etc.

En ja over tijd kan de mening over/de ervaring met bepaalde systemen veranderen. Wat verschillende redenen kan hebben. Dit kan in positieve en negatieve zin gebeuren.
