Een aantal van de datacenters van Yandex zijn down, een Russische hoster. Er zijn al jaren geruchten dat veel van de spambots in die datacenters draaien. Doordat die locaties down zijn, zijn de Russische botnets ook down is wat ze bedoelenquote:
