Maar goed, het duurt jaren voor zo'n partij serieus meedoet en voor de midterms zal het sowiezo weinig verschil maken, if any. Maar het is wel interessant, al was het alleen maar omdat deze partij wel eens stemmen weg kan trekken bij de Republikeinen.

Dat lijkt me wel. Die advocaat heeft Alex Jones waarschijnlijk geruneerd. En een klacht van Jones wegens malpractice kan ook niet, Jones had tenslotte de gegevens gewoon moeten leveren.
"Ja rechter, ik pleegde meineed, maar omdat mijn advocaat daar niet aan meewerkte heb ik nu een probleem. Kunt u hem in gebreke stellen en hem verplichten de geleden schade te vergoeden?" gaat niet werken denk ik. Dat is ook de reden dat ze niet hebben geprobeerd die stukken terug te krijgen.
