Het komt uit dezelfde koker als die gruwelijke implicit bias test en het eindresultaat is vaak dat de sfeer op de werkvloer er veel slechter op wordt dan beter.

Dat is maar een van de dingen in dat lijstje met zogenaamde 'achievements' van de krant. Ze gaan er ook vanuit dat het belangrijk is om het te hebben over straatnaambordjes en vermeend racisme bij nachtclubs.
Oh en natuurlijk zit er achter die hele 'diversity training' een complete industrie:
