Een impeachment met Mike Pence als vicepremier is zoals Pelosi aangeeft TE riskant. Er moet namelijk worden voorkomen dat Trump de dans ontspringt via een pardon. Hij is daar namelijk zelf ook nadrukkelijk mee bezig met het "ritselen" van Pro-Trump rechters en vervangen van sleutelfiguren in het juridische stelsel en het elimineren van tegenstanders. Zelfs de SDNY kan "geraakt" worden door invloed van Trump. Nu zijn zijn handen nog gebonden door het presidentschap, en als hij niet wordt herkozen kunnen ze in de tussentijd met hem doen wat ze willen en verzwakken alvorens hij weer een "gewoon" burger is.
Een democraat wint de presidentsverkiezingen. Trump treedt af, Pence wordt de laatste maanden van Trumps' termijn dan president en verleent Trump een pardon.
De GOP is zo corrupt, dat ik ze dat nog wel zie doen.
Ze zullen het misschien wel proberen, maar dan is er nog steeds het huis, en de civiele processen waar Trump in verstrikt is geraakt, daar kunnen ze hem niet bij helpen.quote:

The U.N. panel previously documented how KOMID was operating in Iran until 2016 with the help of North Korean diplomats, whom Iran eventually expelled. Two North Korean representatives, Kim Yong Chol and Jang Jung Son, were monitored flying between Tehran and Dubai more than 262 times between 2014 and 2016, suspected of carrying cash to evade sanctions on North Korea, according to the previous U.N. account.
The United Nations is now looking into allegations that North Koreans working for the blacklisted arms companies are back in Tehran and engaged in cash couriering for suspected illicit activities, according to the U.N. report, which was reviewed by NBC News.
The U.N. panel wrote to Iran requesting copies of passports of all North Korean diplomats in Iran but so far, Tehran has not supplied the requested information, according to the report.
