Laatst nog een mooie discussie gezien van ruim 2 uur bij de Rubin Report met Ben Shapiro, Rubin en Jordan Peterson. Waarbij de vrijdenkers van onze tijd tot de conclusie zijn gekomen dat ze steeds dichter bij elkaar gedreven worden door de oneerlijke aanvallen. Zoals Jordan Peterson zei over zijn interview met Kathy. "I don't know who she was talking to, but it wasn't me." . Mensen maken een soort vijandbeeld, zoals sommige mensen hier zelfs een zeer inaccuraat beeld van mij geschetst hebben.
Wat Trump en Kekistan ons hebben geleerd is dat je dan niet moet wijken voor de cultuur marxisten, maar juist ongeacht de aanvallen fier overeind moet blijven staan en keihard terug moet slaan. Vanzelf blazen zij die de leer van identity politics, de eenzijdige media berichtgeving van soundbytes en cultuur relativisme bewust of onbewust volgen zichzelf op. De purity tests eindigen altijd bij een zuivering van de eigen gelederen, zie Hollywood en The Young Turks "Justice Democrats".
Je hoeft niet verder te kijken dan Rose McGowan om het effect van identity politics te zien. Een week geleden een feministische held, nu uitgekotst, omdat ze niet wil dat transseksuelen de aandacht voor vrouwen issues versplinteren.
Ik zit zelf een beetje tussen Peterson en Scott Adams in. Feit is dat een Adams of Peterson nooit verder komt dan vanaf de zijlijn roepen, omdat zij niet het narcistische/egotrippende trekje hebben dat je nodig hebt als wereldleider. Vandaar dat je bij wereldleiders altijd eindigt met een blaaskaak als Donald Trump en Nixon of iemand met een messias complex als Obama, Kennedy, Bush of Reagan of je eindigt met totale corruptie, zoals Clinton, Yeltsin of Putin. De wat je noemt 'integere' presidenten als Gorbachev, Carter en H.W. Bush waren allemaal goed voor 1 termijn.

Er is geen middle ground meer. Er wordt niet gezegd "Ik ben het op punt 1 niet met je eens, omdat...", maar "Jij domme linkse, je zit er helemaal naast".

Dat gedrag verpest discussies en vertroebeld feiten. En dat is waarom jij inmiddels afgeschilderd wordt als een blinde Trump-fan. Omdat je een weerspiegeling bent van dit gedrag.

De schrijver van het memo is in feite een spreekbuis voor Trump, dus feitelijk geloof je dat wel omdat Trump het zegt. Nunes is een loopjongen voor Trump en als je werkelijk denkt dat dit hele memo geen vooropgezet plan is geweest, ben je te naïef om waar te zijn.
En als je in je campagne en transitieteam allemaal dubieuze mensen aanneemt die er al jaren van verdacht worden om (bijv.) als Russische agent te werken, is het nogal wiedes dat je sneller in de gaten gehouden wordt. Je zou ook raar opkijken als de familie Corleone daarover zou gaan klagen. Trump heeft zich omringt met mensen die als ik het netjes zeg contacten hebben in een schimmige wereld. Manafort (Oekraïnse dictators) en Page (vermoedelijk Russische inlichtingendiensten) zijn daar slechts twee voorbeelden van. Zijn team was gewoon niet zuiver en dat dat de aandacht trekt van de wetshandhaving is niet meer dan logisch.
Tenslotte haalt het memo juist de gepopulariseerde leugen van de Republikeinen dat het Steele dossier de aanleiding vormde voor afluisteringen onderuit (snap tot op heden dan ook nog niet waarom ze het zo graag wilden publiceren).

Dat het FISA Court niet geweten zou hebben dat het om een 'political motivated' dossier ging wordt door andere bronnen weer tegen gesproken en niemand weet met zekerheid wat er wel of niet 'vals' aan dat dossier is. Voor wat betreft gebruik van de term "Obama officials": Het is denk ik wel van belang om het onderscheid te maken tussen Obama zelf cq uit zijn opdracht versus mensen die door hem genomineerd zijn en aangesteld door de senaat en verdere bureaucratie wat in feite los van hem stond.
Wat hij namelijk wel snapte en wat Nixon ooit en Trump + volgelingen tegenwoordig niet lijken te snappen is dat je juist wil dat de FBI en DOJ op afstand staan van de president. Anders loop je in dat systeem risico op politieke vervolgingen, gelijk aan een bananenrepubliek of modern Turkije, Rusland, Nazi Duitsland, etc, met alle risico's van dien.
Het is dus wmb een verschil van dag en nacht als Obama zelf een opdracht gaf vanuit politieke overwegingen of dat de bureaucratie hun taak uitvoerden.
