Ten tijde van de oorlog en 70 jaar na dato is wel een verschil.
Anders kun je de grenzen van alle landen en de oorsprong tot 2000 jaar geleden er wel bij pakken en herverdelen.

Zo kom je nergens. Vermoed dat die Palestijnen met dezelfde drogredenen het dialoog aangaan. Verbaasd me dan niks dat die Israëliërs ervan zuchten.

Hoe dan ook, volgens mij werd cement wel geboycot, voornamelijk omdat het niet werd gebruikt voor huizen of bunkers maar voor dit soort projecten waarmee Hamas zichzelf geliefd probeert te maken (dus niet door primaire levensbehoeften bijvoorbeeld) en geld probeerde te financieren voor terreur en dat soort zaken!

Elke keer weer opmerkelijk dat bepaalde academici suggereren dat de Palestijnen verdreven zijn en dat weer andere academici stellen dat ze gevlucht zijn. Je laatste bron stelt van Shima Flapan stelt ook nauwelijks dat ze verdreven zijn. Sommige zijn echter ook verdreven, merk ik er bij op, maar dit betrof voornamelijk militante strijders.

Heeft Erdogan iets laten weet toen Israel voor de aanval op Jabari dagenlang bestookt werd door raketten? Hebben die andere Arabische en Islamitische leiders die nu spreken van Israelische agressie en zielige Palestijnen ook maar enigszins hun mond opengetrokken toen? Nee, niet of nauwelijks, en nu staan ze vooraan om op die manier hun achterban weer te spekken met Israel-haat. Daar is politiek in het Midden-Oosten buiten Israel veelal op gebaseerd, haat of strijd je tegen Israel, dan kan je vrijwel altijd ergens een machtsbasis vinden.

Met bepaalde redenen is het geboycot dus opnieuw oneens ben ik het met je. Hamas verdient er aan en dat weet jij net zo goed, daarnaast is het corruptie, en stelt Israel dat het cement in de eerste plaats voor huizen en dergelijke gebruikt dient te kunnen worden.
