Ik kom er nog net op tijd achter dat het weer lijstjes-tijd is, dus ik ga vanavond weer even fijn knutselen. En net als vorig jaar ga ik weer een thema-lijst inleveren: deze keer eentje met 100 films van voor 28 juli 1972. Da's namelijk mijn geboortedatum.

Misschien kan ik dan volgend jaar een lijstje maken met films van na die datum. Maar dat zal me vermoedelijk een stuk lastiger afgaan. Na mijn geboorte zijn er namelijk eigenlijk alleen maar kutfilms gemaakt. Ik weet niet wat voor conclusies ik daar uit moet trekken.

Heerlijk zo'n provocerende opmerking. .

Ik ben benieuwd wat voor films je gaat opsommen.
Mijn lijst bevat ongeveer de helft voor en de helft na die datum.

Ligt het aan mij of niet. Of zijn er deze edities veel minder lijstjes dan voorheen?

Se7en is een goeie film, maar twee keer is wel een beetje overdreven!

ja, that's right! voor 1980 waren er nog geen goeie films, ja, i said it!

Maar dit is dus mn allereerste lijstje ooit. Ik ben al mn hele leven gek van films en heb uit principiele overtuiging nooit mijn favorieten in een rij willen zetten en willen nummeren.

Ik zat zelf te denken aan The Big Lebowski, Apocalypse Now of Goodfellas. Allemaal films waar men weinig kritiek op kan hebben.

Dat zouden prima titels zijn inderdaad . The Godfather (1 of 2) en Taxi Driver lijken me ook goede opties.

Once Upon a Time in the West lijkt ook wel brede populariteit te hebben.
