Toko HF2 Liquid Wax (50 ml each)
For all temperatures and all types of snow; for use by fitness and racing skiers; for Nordic and Alpine
Uses a polymer technology developed by Toko. The highly fluorinated fluid leaves a very thin, water repellent film that due to the strong hydrocarbon bridges is extremely long-lasting. This nano coating does not effect the macro structure of the base yet optimizes it micro structure. The liquid is applied, allowed to dry and you're ready to ski in minutes!
Introduced in 2003/04 as the upgraded replacement of LF2 and makes one of the neatest new waxes even faster! The size has shrunk to 50ml in 2006/07 resulting in a smaller spray can and a lower price. You can click on the technical diagram and the cow poster shown above to obtain larger images. Visit the Tech Pages for hints on the best application method.

Toko Helx Liquid Wax (50 ml each)
This new wax for 2003 is a revolution in ski wax evolution. This highly fluoronated glide wax has its molecules arranged in a helix structure. This provides a very high surface tension which means incredibly fast glide for Alpine and Nordic skiers. Being placed into a liquid emulsion means that a nano-thickness coating on the base doesn't affect base structure -- no clogged or hardening of the base material. Acceleration and top-end terminal velocities are faster and higher than with Toko JetStream. Durablility has been shown as excellent in Nordic races 30-40km long. Widely used at the National Championships at the end of last season. The new Dual Pad is used in aiding you to properly apply Helx.
Prepare the base as usual with Toko LF or HF glide wax and brush very well before polishing the base with the Dual Pad's yellow side. Then apply a thin even coating of Helx and allow to dry for 20-40 minutes (best done at room temperature; 20°C) for the best job. For a faster job you can roto-cork HelX. Finish by polishing hard with the Dual Pad's white side. For even faster glide layer JetStream as per normal instructions ahead of the HelX.
Each container will cover 8-10 Alpine skis, 12-15 Cross-Country Skis, 5-6 Snowboards or 6-8 Jumping skis.
We do carry extra Dual Pads if you need them on the Tools Page.
Here is the waxing chart for Helx; note how humidity plays a significant role when choosing between Helx cold and warm.
