Wat zijn chemtrails?
Volgens de een zijn chemtrails hetzelfde als contrails (samentrekking van condensation en trail) die verschijnen achter het vliegtuig op grote hoogte tussen de 8 en 10 kilometer, waar het meer dan 40 graden vriest.
Volgens de ander zijn het 2 heel verschillende fenomenen. het belangrijkste is de levensduur en het gedrag van de trail. Al zwervend over het interenet kan je verschillende theoriën tegenkomen over het "waarom".
Enkele theoriën zijn:
# Om het broeikas effect te verminderen, het snelle afbreken van de ecosystemen door ozongaten te dichten en zo het aardse leven te beschermen.
# Om het weer op de wereld te modificeren en de broeikaseffecten tegen te gaan, daarbij gebruikmakend van synthetisch wolken-maken om neerslag te regelen.
# Voor defensiedoeleinden: zich verbergen voor lucht en satellietobservatie, om nieuwe militaire communicatiesystemen te vergemakkelijken, om zich te verdedigen tegen binnenkomende ICBM’s, (gecombineerd met ELF- en EMP-golven), om militaire 3D- imaging systemen te verbeteren.
# Voor massa-inentingen of genetisch manipuleren zonder medeweten van de bevolking.
# Als voertuig voor mind control.

The nature of the contrails was such that they required certain atmospheric conditions to form. thus, they were principally affected by altitude. At the pre-mission briefings, they typically advised us of the altitude that the formation of contrails could be expected with an effort made to avoid that particular altitude. My recollection is that the contrails persisted for some time. While I don't recall timing them, I would guess that they could be seen for fifteen minutes or more. At times, Germany appeared to be almost covered by contrails as far as you could see. Essentially creating a cloud layer which could possibly persist for hours I suppose. The bombers' in more or less straight lines, the fighters', usually above us, more random as they criss crossed or circled. A common sight was the escorts dropping their tanks and heading off after the bad guys.
