Mwoah, ging goed. Nog maar wat dingen proberen.
Recepten op internet. Filmpjes op YouTube en kooktv. Gouden tijd om wat truukjes op te doen.
Een beetje technieken. Ik begon te begrijpen wat voor kruiden hoe en wanneer gebruikt moesten worden. Andere smaakmakers.
En zo rol je van het één in het ander.
Ik ben nu bezig met brood bakken.
