Fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces and electronic warfare units were involved.

"Missiles attacked the port infrastructure of Odesa region. As a result of active countermeasures, three Russian Kh-59/Kh-69 missiles and three attack UAVs did not reach their targets," he added.

As reported by Ukrnform, on the night of 10 July, an air alert was declared in a number of regions of Ukraine due to the threat of attack drones.

A Russian Navy Ship has been observed in Ochamchire, in the Abkhazia separatist region. The Black Sea port may become an important base for the Russian Navy, acting as a safe refuge from the Ukrainian surface drones. It is officially Georgian territory however, making the move politically bold, and complicated.

In a new development, a Russian Navy ship normally based in Novorossiysk, has docked in the port of Ochamchire in Georgia. The port is in the Abkhazia region which is controlled by Russia. The local Russian-backed administration has claimed that the Russian Navy would establish a permanent base at the port.

The base is already home to a number of small FSB (Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation) patrol boats. This is the first significant naval ship visit observed since the claims.

The move is controversial since the port is in Georgia, which implies bringing Georgia into the Russo-Ukraine War. Russia could attempt to use the port as a refuge from attacks. And they could even a safe base to launch combat missions from. Ukraine’s options will be complicated because it is located on Georgian territory, despite being controlled by breakaway Abkhazia.

Atesh announced that the number of partisan sabotage acts will increase daily.

“Russian military personnel should not relax for a minute; our revenge for your criminal actions will be horrific,” the report read.

Earlier this month, Ukrainian partisans reported that one of their agents blew up a railroad track near the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, about 1,600 kilometers (995 miles) from Ukraine. The track was being used to transport North Korean ammunition for Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine.

An Atesh spokesperson told Kyiv Post that a Russian agent working for the partisan movement carried out the act of sabotage; furthermore, that he refused to be rewarded because he works for ideological reasons.
