Tevens gebruikt Rusland ook graan en zo (en de bovengenoemde tractoren bijvoorbeeld, en mest) om hun invloed groter te maken, en die van het westen juist kleiner.

“I am not talking about full mobilization: it is clear here that all citizens, as they say, are under the gun. But with partial mobilization, a reprieve is possible for parents with three children. The presidential decree has a definition that a large family is not with four, but with three children. Unfortunately, this did not come to the defense committee,” she said.
Earlier, Militarnyi reported that in Russia from November 1, 2024 the sending of electronic summons to citizens of the Russian Federation will start.
Electronic summons will be sent because the Unified Register of Military Records has been launched.

Dit is simpelweg een onzinbron, dat lijkt me duideljk.
Tevens is dit niet nieuw. Zulke dingen zij al vaker door het Kremlin gezegd. Of in elk geval door hun propaganda apparaat.
Maar zoals ik al aangegeven heb ik ken de bron niet, en weet niet hoe betrouwbaar hij is. Dus zonder zijn bron neem ik het niet voor 100 procent waar aan. Maar om bij voorbaat te zeggen dat Rusland niks om deze grondstoffen en grond geeft is ook niet juist. Want dat doen zij wel.

There is no desire or even interest in the participants of the classes. In fact, the assembly is mainly attended by retired people who have nothing to do, while the youth of Belarus show no interest in serving in support of Lukashenka's bloodthirsty regime.
