een kleuren revolutie, was niets meer dan wat verf bommen in een fontein gooien. Maar dictatoren kunnen heel slecht tegen een verenigd volk lijkt het.

Waar neem ik het op voor? ik ga niet offtopic. Sta je achter rusland zijn beslissing tot oorlog of niet?

Begin bijna het idee te krijgen dat je stiekem tegen ruslands acties bent. Maar dit niet kan zeggen als russische trol, maar in gewetensnood zit en je er ook niet je steun ervoor kunt uitspreken? Kun je het wel een oorlog noemen die rusland is gestart?

Want anders snap ik niet waarom je begint over een compleet ander conflict in dit topic.

Het gaat hier over Rusland en Oekraïne.

En niet over wat de VS in de voorgaande decennia hebben gedaan.
En ik zeg VS want die waren in dit geval de gene die voortouw namen.

Behalve Libië dan daar bij waren het meer de Fransen.

In April, a 13-year-old teenager escaped from special school No. 124 in Yekaterinburg, Russia, and said he was raped. He said that a group of students subjected other pupils to physical and sexual violence. The rapes were recorded on video.

Special school No. 124 in Yekaterinburg.

According to the boy, one of the teachers taught the kids "prison rules" and initiated "comrades' courts", where the group was collectively deciding how to "punish" the guilty. Being raped by other kids was a “prison rules” punishment.

Principal of the special school Natalya Poddubnaya knew about the bullying and violence, but did not take action - on the contrary, she humiliated the victims.

When the story got out, a court case was opened against 2 young offenders. The school principal simply resigned “on her own volition”.

That’s not the end.

An advocate asked for the boy to be moved to another boarding school. On Wednesday, the court refused this request.

After the incident became public, the boy returned home. Now he has to go back to the same boarding school.

The reason why, it’s a special boarding school for kids 11–18 with deviant behavior: underage youngsters who committed crimes or these who have learning difficulties.

The boy was sentenced to 3 years (maximum term for underage kids) of a special boarding school. He arrived in March 2022 (age 12) and must stay there until 2025.

Advocates asked for the boy to be moved to another school, but the court refused. He must go back to the same school.

The option of early release is available, but it must be done by order of the court, and the court saw no need for that.

Imagine that: The boy was caught shoplifting and sent to the special school for re-education, and instead, he gets raped, and not just raped, but systematically tortured.

A rape isn’t just a rape in a Russian prison: it’s lowering the person who is raped into the cast of “untouchables”, the lowest of the low. No one talks to them, no one befriends them. They are ordered around, pushed, kicked, beaten. Not allowed to seat anywhere but at the certain table, given the worst jobs, the last to get food. Not allowed to raise their voices, heads, or make eye contact. And the rapes can continue; it’s part of this cast.

Not only these things are happening in a special school, the goal of which is to help kids learn and develop, and rehabilitate, but the educators promote and support the “prison rules”.

People are shocked by cruelty that Russian soldiers show in Ukraine to local civilians and Ukrainian POWs. They wonder where such cruelty comes from. It comes from the Russian schools and Russian educators.

It starts in kindergartens, continues at schools and lasts all the way: anyone in a position of authority feels the right to abuse and bully those who can’t fight back. For many kids, they get the same maltreatment at home.

And no one even cares.

Het martelen, (anaal) verkrachten en vernederen is gewoon een patroon dat overal terugkomt. Beestachtig is het.

Onlangs het boek “Concentratiekamp in de Paradijsstraat”, gelezen, dan weet je wel voldoende.

Het compromis is geen onderdeel van de Russische volksaard. Een ander die niet luistert wordt gewoon met bruut geweld in het gareel geholpen, een normaal gesprek is niet echt een optie.

Yeah, Russia sells oil to Saudi Arabia and India, then they mark it up and sell it to Europe.

Realistically speaking, this is the intended result. Why did the G7 set a price cap instead of an outright ban of Russian oil?

Because by setting a price cap you force Russia to sell at a loss, or at least at a very big discount, while keeping most of the energy supply chain intact.

This ultimately hurts Russia a lot, their oil and gas revenue already fell 40% this quarter, and if you consider that the cost of extraction is mostly fixed, this means profits are cratering.

Russia cannot, in any circumstance, stop pumping oil and gas. If they did their pipes would explode (or implode) and their whole industry would collapse forever. So they are forced to extract and sell at any price.

Also, most of their infrastructure is geared towards Europe, where we outright banned Russian oil. This means that to send oil to India, Saudi Arabia or Brazil they need to send it via ship, which is much more expensive than using pipes.

All this operation is done to starve Russia of money, while keeping everyone else rather happy and unwilling to help Russia.
