Zoals ik het begrijp mochten voormalige Presidenten erom vragen, ze deden dat niet allemaal, het is ook geen wettelijk recht, overigens, het is een courtesy.quote:

Biden mag zonder problemen besluiten om Trump die briefings niet te geven, sowieso moet de huidige President iedere aanvraag van dien aard goedkeuren en impliciet kan het dus ook afgekeurd worden
Gegeven de historie met Trump zal dat wel een big fat no worden van Biden. Lijkt mij ook niet meer dan logisch.
