Het probleem is dat de klokkenluiders zich vaak belemmerd voelen omdat de veiligheidsadviseurs van de president de laatste tijd drukker bezig zijn om de schandalen van de president zélf in te dekken dan de veiligheid van de staat , wat eigenlijk hun primaire functie is.
