Ik wil zeggen dat het niets met provocatie te maken heeft, het is normaal gedrag, de militairen weten dat, de enige reden waarom het nu in het nieuws komt en anders niet is omdat er nu politieke spanningen zijn. Bepaalde kringen in politiek en media blazen dit graag op om een land als agressor voor te stellen.quote:

Vroeger vloog de VS met U2's over de Sovjet-Unie, omdat de Sovjets ze toch niet konden neerhalen. Tot het hen wel lukte, op een diplomatiek gevoelig moment.

Previous violations accidental
The defence chief stressed that at the moment however, there are no facts to support the idea that the air space violations were deliberate. He added that previous incidents in the past were clearly accidental and caused by the narrowness of the air corridor between the two countries.
He also said that it is quite possible that the pilots were trying to avoid a storm front, something that has also happened in the past.

Constant? Volgens de Britten hebben Russische militaire vliegtuigen nog nooit het Britse luchtruim geschonden. Hoeveel schendingen van het luchtruim van Iran zijn er de laatste jaren geweest, Of zijn drones geen vliegtuigen? Iran schoot een drone neer op 250 km van de grens. Stel je voor dat Rusland zover het luchtruim van Polen zou binnendringen, het zou voorpaginanieuws zijn.quote:

Ukraine's president has dissolved parliament and called snap elections, as government forces continue to fight pro-Russian rebel forces in the east.
Petro Poroshenko said many current MPs were backers of ousted President Viktor Yanukovych and that the majority of Ukrainians wanted a new parliament.
Elections would be held on 26 October, he said in a TV address.
Separately, Ukraine's military says it clashed with rebel armoured vehicles that entered the country from Russia.
