Update 13.30 uur: Samenvatting: Hoewel de Libische opstandelingen zeggen 95 procent van Tripoli in handen te hebben is de strijd nog niet gestreden. In de stad vinden nog steeds hevige gevechten plaats. Rondom het militaire complex van Gaddafi en de haven van Tripoli zijn tanks van het regime gestationeerd. Op verschillende plekken in de stad vormen sluipschutters een groot gevaar.
Update 13.35 uur: De rebellen hebben de macht over de Libische staatstelevisie genomen. Dat meldt de Amerikaanse onderminister van Buitenlandse Zaken Jeffrey Feltman tegen ABC. Het bericht kan nog niet worden bevestigd. (Reuters)

Overigens vind ik het prima dat een volk in opstand komt tegen een dictator, maar die laffe Navo met z'n dubbele agenda hoeft zich er dan nog niet mee te bemoeien.
Nu is er tenminste enige invloed op het bestuur mogelijk door de mensen daar. En er zal nog wel flink wat chaos en heel wat doden aan te pas komen, maar het is een stap vooruit naar betere omstandigheden. Macht zo gecentreerd om een enkel persoon is nooit goed en moet bestreden worden.
Heel wat aannames, dat wel.

weer zo'n debiele opmerking. De motivering van 'wat andere landen doen' staat volledig los van de vraag of het in ons belang is.
Is hij nou alleen aan het bedanken, of heeft hij ook 'oplossingen' en manier van aanpak klaar liggen?
