For the polo T-shirt ,the fucking supplier shipped some wrong size to me ,I ordered XXL size for customer.BUt he sent me the XL,but now I wear them myself.XL is fit me.I am 177cm ,the XL is 180,it fit me.

Currently ,for my 2000 orders ,I just get 3 paypal complaint ,and I have handled the 3 complaint perfectly.So,currently ,my paypal account is in Perfect status.

For package shipping to Holland ,I just want to say: Perfect!

For my 800 package send to Holland last month,only one 7$ is missing on the way,one knife order has problem in the custom,all the other package are arrived without problem.Some package arrived even in 5 days ,but the longest package takes 24 days.

But frankly speaking ,Holland post office is very perfect,I love Holland customer ,it is very very very hard to meet a mising order to Holland.

So my customer just need to ensure their paypal address is correct

And when I was working in DX,the most missing order are from Brazil and Britain.

For Brazil ,the package below 15$ (without tracking number ) easily got missed on the way,DX need to pay a lot of money for missing order sent to Brazil.

And for Britain,there always order missing on the way too,and some are big order ,which about 100+$,maybe Britain is much richer than Brazil.

When I open the customer service system ,always receive a lot of complaint from Britain and Brazil customer.

For Holland customer ,there are 2 problems.

1st ,EMS service is not available here,Because I can get very very nice discount on EMS shipping ,for package over 2KG,shipping via EMS is a better choice,it is asfe and fast ,and the price will not higher than airmail,it is a pity that II can not ship big package to Holland via EMS.

2nd ,if items are defectived ,the returning shipping fee from Holland to Chinese is rather expensive.
