Gelukkig kan ik ook een forum link aanklikken maar was wel benieuwd of er hier mensen nog ideeen over hadden. Grap? Vero-Legata kan toch maar beter even niet posten met zijn linkjes, quotes en sites over de Scientology kerk en de door hem vereerde geestelijk vader. Zelfs hij zal zich hopelijk toch wel rot voelen nu Shawn Lonsdale dood is!

Shawn was de geinterviewde in de BBC documentaire en heeft lange tijd gefotografeerd en gefilmd bij de hoofdkantoren van de Scientology. Hij is continu lastig gevallen door Scientologists, gedaagd in een rechtszaak etc. en nu plots dood gevonden in zijn slaapkamer.

Hij zou zijn auto gestart hebben, zijn uitlaat via een pijp naar een raam in zijn appartement gevoerd hebben en aldus dood gegaan zijn. De politie van Clearwater heeft een onderzoek ingesteld. Hij is 16 februari dood gevonden! Zie hier voor meer informatie en discussie.

Insisting that the living conditions, food, pay and time off are adequate. Also not true. If you're wavering on this point, insist on seeing the berthing that Sea Org members live in before you sign anything. Staff pay is pretty low on the list of FP (financial planning) priorities. Hours are extremely long, food is fair to middling, and you'll get 5 days off a year if you're lucky.

Insisting that if you don't like it, you can leave whenever you want. This is false information. You can leave only after you get a long security check, are put through lower conditions, write up your O/W's, and complete your route-out. The routing out (leaving) process can take up to 3 years. If you leave before they give you the OK to go, you'll be declared. "

We hebben hier op Fok onze huis scientologist Vero-Legata die in Sea Org gezeten heeft. Misschien leuk als hij eens vertelt hoe hij er dan uitkwam zonder al die ellende. Daar zijn heel wat jongeren bij gebaat!

Je wordt dan 'declared a suppresive person' ofwel openlijk betiteld als de vijand. Je vrienden en familie mogen dan geen kontakt meer met je hebben.

Het heet simpelweg een 'declare' omdat het zo gangbaar is in de sekte en veel voorkomt. Altijd op geel/goudkleurig papier, waardoor het ook wel 'the golden rod' heet. Het wordt doorgestuurd naar alle scientology kantoren en op het publieke prikbord gehangen. Zo'n declared persoon wordt dus wereldwijd uitgestoten en verliest al zijn familie en vrienden binnen de kerk (en buiten de sekte hebben ze meestal geen vrienden).
