Amerikanen die onvoldoende English skills hebben, for god sake!

Dat heeft natuurlijk ook voor een deel te maken met hoe het onderwijssysteem is ingericht.
Velen die op die banen solliciteren zullen alleen Highschool hebben, dat is alleen een startkwalificatie, daar kun je tegenwoordig niet zoveel meer mee, helemaal niet bij technische beroepen.

Zoiets als MBO nivo 4 waarbij je nog een redelijk nivo technische kennis leert hebben ze daar niet.
Het Duitse systeem van "ausbildung" is nog beter natuurlijk.

Er zijn daar veel "makkelijke stukken land"

Texas is nog het lastigste want daar is het meeste grensgebied privebezit (ranches, boeren) In New Mexico, Arizona en Californie is het vaak al van de overheid.
