It is well known that the USA and the USSR concluded an agreement at the end of the 1970s. Pursuant to the agreement, scientific developments in the field of geophysics for military purposes were banned. All the works in the field became secret too. However, the works continued anyway, despite the signed document. It was simply conducted under the disguise of the scientific research or the development of the double-purpose technology. The point and the purpose of those developments were rather vague and even mysterious.
A lot of specialists and scientists believe that a special American program HAARP is one of those developments. American scientist Bernard Eastlund is considered to be the godfather of this program. He received the patent for the method and for the device to measure the layers of the Earth atmosphere, the ionosphere and/or the magnetosphere. It is an open secret that the USA (probably, not the USA alone) has already constructed high-frequency transmitter facilities. Those devices can heat the earth environment up to the state of plasma by means of pumping ions. This makes it possible to control the environment, which might show considerable influence on the atmospheric phenomena. The owners of this weapon are able to program floods, twisters and storms, even earthquakes in any region of the planet. It is also possible to paralyze civil and military electric surveillance systems, and even to affect the mentality of whole nations.
There is a suspicion that the unusual natural disasters and man-caused catastrophes of the year 2002, the unexplainable indifference of several nations on the post-Soviet territory might be linked to USA-s tests of geophysical weapons of low capacities. However, neither American politicians and scientists, nor the world community know, if it is going to be possible to stop the work of the geophysical weapon, if it is used at its full capacity. This is the major problem. It is quite possible that the first full capacity use of the geophysical weapon might end up in a global catastrophe. Does it seem to be science fiction? In this connection, I think that the Ukrainian parliament must support the initiative of the Russian State Duma as well. The Ukrainian Academy of Sciences ought to consider the issue of HAARP-s potential threat to Ukraine. Adequate institutions ought to collect all the information available and identify Ukraine-s stand on the subject.

On February 28, 2001, a deep magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in the Seattle, WA. -Vancouver, B.C. area. HAARP began bombarding the earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere at very high signals on February 17 in conjunction with US bombing in Iraq and continued until the day of the earthquake, February 28. Looking at data correlations between ultra low frequency electromagnetic and seismic signals, the anomalous profile of the Seattle-Vancouver earthquake indicates that it could have been triggered by electromagnetic ionization. The earthquake was a 6.8 magnitude earthquake at a depth of 40 miles, which, in the words of one observer, "looked like a 3.0 magnitude."
ELFRAD, a group that monitors electromagnetic events, admitted that HAARP operations may have "inadvertently" affected the earthquake. HAARP currently functions as a global missile-tracking facility by ionizing and disrupting both the ionosphere and the magnetosphere. The magnetosphere is vital to the stability of the tectonic plates that float on the surface of the earth. By disrupting the magnetosphere, HAARP could cause tectonic instabilities, i.e., earthquakes.
Short wave radio operators in Seattle state that unusual electromagnetic broadcasts preceded the Seattle - Vancouver earthquake. One researcher monitoring the electromagnetic broadcasts prior to the earthquake picked up a signal so strong "it went right off the S meter on my SW set at that frequency at 6:00 am on Feb 20th. Took an audio sampling of half an hour but can't make hide or hair of what HAARP is broadcasting, just that it's STRONG."
Another Seattle-based researcher, Kent Steadman, reported electromagnetic activity just prior to and during the earthquake, receiving signals at 153 MHz. Steadman noted that he "helped install seismic monitoring stations in California in the early 90's. They are designed as an early warning system in detecting earth movements prior to a big quake. Several of these were in the 153-154 band. They send data, but during a big shift they send a screeching sounding data burst." The ELFRAD group recorded intense activity from .02 to .036 hertz 473 minutes prior to the Washington quake - and 4 minutes earlier, there was another quake registering 5.4 off the coast of Central America.
Researchers have also found that the HAARP electromagnetic signal carries within it another, hidden signal, at a frequency which affects the limbic system in the human brain. The limbic system manages emotions and mood and is a target of mind control. Some of these researchers believe that mood management of human populations may be happening through these hidden frequencies. On February 17, just 11 days prior to the Seattle earthquake, according to ELFRAD a ".9 Hz signal, which may be related to limbic activation in the brain, occurred during the transmission, lasting a very unusual 42 minutes on Saturday, 17 Feb 2001."

12 december was er een bericht over een mogelijke terroristische aanval op Indonesie.
19 december was er in Jakarta een onverklaarbare gebeurtenis in de lucht wat een grote explosie veroorzaakt heeft.
26 december, de grote ramp.
Precies 7 dagen zitten er tussen de gebeurtenissen.
De gebeurtenis op 19 december is nog steeds onverklaard.
Onverklaarbaar explosie, mogelijk veroorzaakt door meteoriet.

Daarbij was de aardbeving in BAM, hoe tragisch ook seismisch gezien absoluut niet bijzonder, hij vond alleen plaats in een dichtbevolkt gebied met niet stevige huizen.

Waarom staat Einstein wel overal in, en Schrodinger en Heisenberg niet? Conspiracy? Dacht het niet dus. En om dezelfde redenen staat Tesla niet op elke pagina van het natuurkundeboek.
En ontopic: ik heb in vorige topics al eens gezegd waarom volgens mij dat hele HAARP veel te groot opgeblazen wordt, namelijk gewoon dat ze een hoeveelheid energie gebruiken die vele ordes van grootte lager ligt dan wat volgens bronnen van believers nodig is. En dat het NE-US stroomnet al zo overbelast en instabiel is dat het goed mogelijk is dat het gewoon plat gaat als je er 3,6 megawatt extra uithaalt.

En die 2 quotes die jij laat zien gaan over de ether. Een soort "dimensie" waar volgens Tesla energie (vooral wbt magneten) doorheen ging. Al lang obsolete, niet zozeer ontkracht, maar de term ether wordt al heel lang niet meer gebruikt. Maar dit blijft wel een hot-topic onder natuurkundigen, de manier waarop zwaartekracht, en magneetkracht zich verplaatst (en wat voor deeltjes daar bij horen). Tesla wist hier nog helemaal niks van, en bedacht de ether om dit probleem op te lossen.

Ik weet wel wat van natuurkunde, maar ik ben een chemicus, dus ik weet alleen wat van atomaire quantummechanica. De big-bang, interconnectedness (ik zal het eens opzoeken) en quarks: ik weet wel ongeveer wat het inhoudt, maar daar durf ik geen echte uitspraken over te doen (ik weet dat ik mn mond moet houden over dingen waar ik niets vanaf weet).
