Nee, Rusland beweegt mooi mee met opec qua productiestijgingen en verlagingen. Het is de VS geweest die meer goedkope olie in de markt heeft geduwd. Dit betekent wel dat er afspraken met opec te maken zijn maar die zullen ongetwijfeld de eis op tafel leggen dat de VS bijvoorbeeld in de toekomst productiebeperkingen insteld.quote:
