Ik ben inmiddels overleden
Ik lees hierboven dat John Sykes overleden is, dat komt wel binnen. Verdomd goede gitarist van Blue Murder en Whitesnake inderdaad maar ook van Tygers of Pan Tang (Spellbound album) en Thin Lizzy (Thunder and Lightning album). Rust in vrede John.

Hudson's estate confirmed the heartbreaking news of Hudson's death to The Star, revealing that the famed rockstar died in his sleep at a nursing home in Woodstock, New York. The Canadian-native was the last remaining member of the rock band The Band which shot to fame in the mid-1960s. The Canadian-American rock band formed in 1957 and included Hudson, Rick Danko, Richard Manuel, Robbie Robertson, and Levon Helm.
In the band, Hudson played the keyboard and saxophone and occasionally would show off his talents on the piano and accordion. Some of Hudson's most famous songs with the band included The Weight, Atlantic City, Rag Mama Rag, Forever Young, The Shape I'm In, among many others.
