Grappig dat dit onderschept werd door Engeland, maar dat zij dit niet direct konden toegeven en hiervoor dus een andere weg moesten vinden. Omdat zij niet konden toegeven dat zij de Amerikaanse communicatie afluisterden.

Petro Poroshenko has transferred three more Ai-Petri systems to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The systems were delivered to the Main Center for Countering Technical Intelligence of the Ukrainian General Staff.
“The unit is so secret that if I tell you more, two men in black will appear and erase your memory,” Poroshenko said.
The technical intelligence countermeasures were delivered with off-road vehicles and a six-dome electronic warfare system.
“The Ai-Petri protects our units from Russian abominations – Orlans, Superkams, Lancets, Mavics, and even FPV drones – for tens of kilometers of the contact line,” the MP reported.

While neither Russia nor China attended the first Ukraine Peace Summit convened by Zelensky in June, representatives from over 90 countries gathered in Switzerland to approve his 10-point peace plan, according to which Russia is required to withdraw from all occupied Ukrainian territory, to release all prisoners of war and to pay reparations to Kyiv.
Ukraine had been hoping that Russia would attend a second peace summit planned to take place ahead of the US presidential election in November, Bloomberg reported in July. However, Russian officials indicated at the time that Moscow would not participate in the summit, saying the country would not accept what it called the “ultimatums” set out in Zelensky’s peace plan.
Putin’s “preconditions” for peace talks with Ukraine, which include Ukrainian troops withdrawing from the entirety of Ukraine’s Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, despite the fact that Russian forces are not fully in control of any of them at present, were dismissed by senior Zelensky adviser Mykhailo Podolyak as “offensive to common sense”.
In return for ending the war, Putin has also demanded a written guarantee that the West would lift its sanctions on Russia as well as a Ukrainian commitment to be neutral, non-aligned, non-nuclear, demilitarised and “denazified”.

Finland can deploy an army of more than 280,000 people to defend the country in the event of a war with Russia.
President Alexander Stubb stated this in an interview with the German TV channel Welt.
“If war breaks out, we can immediately call up 280,000 people for service,” Stubb said.
The President also argued that the Finnish Air Force, Navy, and Army are among the strongest in NATO.
Stubb added that since the Middle Ages, the Finnish people had fought about 30 smaller or larger wars with Russia.

Ukraine has tested the Gnom ground platform, which is armed with anti-tank grenade launchers and a machine gun.
The TEMERLAND company said that the ground drone is intended to provide fire support to soldiers.
The drone is also equipped with a mine-dropping system. It is capable of installing anti-tank mines.
“It is not only a fire support platform but also a platform for dropping mines, transporting the wounded, and clearing anti-personnel mines,” the company shared.
The tests were conducted before the drone was sent to the front, where the military would evaluate it.

The Russians are constructing special towers to install air defense systems on Tuzla Island in Crimea, according to a report by the Center for Investigative Journalism (CIJ).
CIJ investigators discovered two towers equipped with Pantsir-S1M anti-aircraft missiles and gun systems.
They also examined the areas where these and other structures are being stored.
Publicly available photos and videos show that, over the course of a week, Russian forces erected two metal towers on either side of the bridge on Tuzla Island. These towers appear to stand approximately 30-35 meters above sea level.
