Geen hulp van de VS en de Verenigde Naties heeft er ook de stekker uitgetrokken. Dus het is te hopen dat we als EU de steun snel verdubbelen. Dus zo snel mogelijk een EU leger en dat aan de Russische grens parkeren.

Wat een ongelofelijke schande hoe we de Oekra�ners laten vallen. Bedankt voor het uitputten van Rusland, wij zijn de komende decennia weer veilig. De tering voor jullie en je land, sukkels.

Oekraine niet steunen, maar het terroristische Isra�l dat burgers bombardeert wel helpen.

Als Oekra�ne verliest doordat de steun stopt dan zijn we als Westen echt volledig ongeloofwaardig geworden voor de komende decennia. Dat gaat ons nog veel meer kosten dan alleen deze oorlog.

Some Russian planes have begun to be serviced in Iran, one of Russia's few remaining allies, and a country also under Western sanctions, according to the state-run Russian media outlet TASS.

Russia's Foreign Ministry officially filed a complaint with the U.N.'s International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) on Oct. 11, saying that the sanctions "jeopardized the safety of international civil aviation."

Shockingly, these documents have not been sent to the families, raising serious concerns about the transparency and legality of the regiment’s actions.

Furthermore, the soldier disclosed witnessing an incident where a fellow soldier was purportedly punished by being “thrown into a pit” for misconduct. Another serviceman claimed that money was extorted from him, alleging that commanders were accepting bribes.

“For 100 thousand rubles, you can negotiate with the commander so that they do not send you to the first line,” stated one soldier.

Adding to the gravity of the situation, soldiers complained that, before being sent on assault missions, the command confiscates tokens and documents. Additionally, there is a severe lack of organization in evacuating the wounded and deceased, further complicating an already dire situation.

The servicemen are now urgently calling on the Ministry of Defense to conduct a thorough investigation into the legality of the actions undertaken by the 5th Army command. These revelations shed light on potential misconduct and ethical lapses within the military structure, demanding immediate attention and accountability. The consequences of these alleged practices extend beyond individual soldiers to the broader implications of military conduct in the ongoing conflict.

“Ukraine discovered in March that its Excalibur gps-guided shells suddenly started going off-target, thanks to Russian jamming. Something similar started happening to the jdam-er guided bombs that America had supplied to the Ukrainian air force, while Ukraine’s himars-launched gmlrs long-range rockets also started missing their targets. In some areas, a majority of gmlrs rounds now go astray.

Even more worrying has been the increasing ability of Russian ew to counter the multitudes of cheap unmanned aerial vehicles (uavs) that Ukraine has been using for everything from battlefield reconnaissance and communications to exploding on impact against targets such as tanks or command nodes.

Ukraine has trained an army of some 10,000 drone pilots who are now constantly engaged in a cat-and-mouse game with increasingly adept Russian ew operators. The favoured drones are cheap, costing not much more than $1,000 each, and Ukraine is building enormous quantities of them. But losses to Russian ew, which either scrambles their guidance systems or jams their radio-control links with their operators, have at times been running at over 2,000 a week. The smitten drones hover aimlessly until their batteries run out and they fall to the ground.

Neither hardening them against jamming nor investing them with artificial intelligence to fly without a live link to a human operator are feasible options yet, at least for mini-drones. Quantity still wins out over quality, but Russia may have an advantage there too. The skies over the battlefield are now thick with Russian drones. Around Bakhmut, Ukrainian soldiers estimate that Russia is deploying twice the number of assault drones they are able to.

Growing Russian success in the drone war is partly explained by the density of ew systems it is able to field, thanks to those years of investment. A report published in May by Jack Watling and Nick Reynolds of rusi, a think-tank in London, reckoned the Russians are fielding one major ew system every 10km along the frontline. They think that among many Russian ew systems the truck-mounted Shipovnic-Aero (pictured) is proving especially deadly to Ukrainian drones. The system has a 10km range and can take over control of the drone, while acquiring the co-ordinates of the place from where it is being piloted, with an accuracy of one metre, for transmission to an artillery battery.

Ja al die gadgets zijn er zeer gevoelig voor.

Tsja, $56 per vat terwijl Brent $76 per vat opbrengt. Een korting van circa $20 per vat is nu nodig om Ural te kunnen verkopen. $56 is ook beneden de opgelegde grens van $60, dus het kan ook vrijwel overal verkocht worden maar blijkbaar is daar nu weinig animo voor.

Een paar uit de lucht vallende Russische passagierstoestelen met in totaal duizenden slachtoffers zou ook helemaal niet erg zijn als iedere vliegramp een druppel zou zijn die uiteindelijk tot het overlopen van de emmer zou leiden. Zonder het in totale chaos en ellende vervallen van de Russische Federatie gaat daar immers niets veranderen.
