Trump's advocaat Trusty probeert zich er bij CNN uit te lullen door naar Obama te wijzen. Sws al geen excuus natuurlijk om zelf daarom ook maar (geheime) documenten te snaaien maar het is bovendien niet waar. Die documenten zijn altijd onder supervisie van de NARA geweest.

Het verhaal dat de advocaat te horen kreeg dat hij niet in bepaalde ruimtes mocht kijken voor documenten is ook een hint. Geen enkele advocaat zou dat accepteren van iemand anders dan van de client zelf.

Maar juist onder de 'Espionage Act' doet het er niet toe of de documenten geclassificeerd waren of niet omdat deze nog dateert uit de tijd dat er nog helemaal geen sprake was van een classificatiesysteem:quote:
