Altijd goed informatief wel.Maar goed, zoals ik het snap in het kort hebben ze dus 2 opties:
- in de civiele zaak zwijgen, waarbij dat opgevat kan worden als incriminerend... niet gunstig voor de kansen in die zaak, maar het kan niet gebruikt worden voor een eventuele criminele zaak
- in de civiele zaak wel onder ede antwoorden geven, wat mogelijk ook gebruikt zou kunnen worden in een eventuele criminele zaak.
Nu zou een onschuldig persoon met een batterij aan advocaten zich geen zorgen hoeven te maken in beide zaken natuurlijk, maar standaard zou je, lijkt me, praktisch altijd liever zwijgen dan spreken als je de mogelijkheid hebt. Echter betekent dat dus een goede kans op verlies van de civiele zaak. Keuzes ... keuzes.
