Voor Rumble wel, al lijkt het wel een stapje terug na zijn gevecht met Davis. Maar een goede win zal hem zo maar contender kunnen maken. Benieuwd hoe Rumble zich verder ontwikkelt @ 205, tegen Davis was hij in ieder geval top.quote:

Eddie Alvarez out of Bellator PPV after suffering concussion

Lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez is off of next week's card, having suffered a concussion in training according to a report from MMA Fighting. Alvarez was scheduled to face Michael Chandler in a much-anticipated trilogy bout in the night's headliner, but now that plan has gone up in smoke. These two were promoted to the main event of Bellator's first PPV-turned-Spike TV show when Tito Ortiz pulled out of the main event against Quinton Jackson.
The rumors were swirling around last night following Bellator 119, but Bellator boss Bjorn Rebney denied such claims in the post-fight press conference. They've not formally announced the news themselves, although it's surely just a matter of heading straight into Plan B.
Reportedly, LW tournament winner Will Brooks could face Chandler as a replacement fight, but there's no word on whether or not that would remain the main event over the current co-main of Quinton Jackson vs. King Mo.
