A rare photo, released by the White House, shows Barack Obama fielding calls from a tent in Brazil, to keep up with events in Libya. The tent is a mobile secure area known as a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, designed to allow officials to have top secret discussions on the move.

They are one of the safest places in the world to have a conversation.

Designed to withstand eavesdropping, phone tapping and computer hacking, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities - also known as SCIFs - are protected areas where classified conversations can be held.

They can be permanent enclosures within a building, or mobile areas set up when a world leader is on the move, to allow them to view sensitive documents or have secret conversations without any outsiders listening or hacking in.

When operations in Libya commenced at the weekend, President Obama was in Brazil on a pre-arranged trip.

Update on how things are going from the inside of Benghazi.Ok. Hi everyone, here are the updates for how Benghazi has been doing in the past days.Ofcourse, it all started on Saturday ........when the Gerdaffi[Gaddafi]forcesstarted bombing us. Thebombing reached into areas like Tabalino and Keesh.Keesh al-Jaded ***. There was a big massacre inGwarshaarea , thats were the forces camein from.At the same time, there was something new going on. The LIJAN THAWRIYA [pro-Gaddafi civilians]started coming out, armedand shooting randomly in the city, especially in these areas on Saturday.Tabalino, where it all started and where Mo alah yar7amah, died not faraway from.Plus alra7aba , Pepsiarea and Alberka. People were shot infront of their homes, and in their cars. Kids were killedthat wereplaying in front of their homes. About 94 reached the hospital ( those are the dead ones ) nottalkingabout the injuredand not talking about the bodies that were collected from the LijanThawriya andthat were burnt because the families were not able to get their beloved ones bodies fromthe streetsbecause of the heavy shooting. The hospitals got attacked at around 7, but thank God we hadsomesecurity around them, and after that happened they got totally secured. Ofcourse, the bombingdamaged alot of homes and killed people aswell,but that was something already known to everyone.So on Saturday, our Men started going after the Lijan,and there [were] alot of confrontations betweenthem going on in different locations, mostly in empty buildings where the Lijan would go hide in, likeschools and unfinished houses.Now to SUNDAYSunday we started to get
confirmed information that the Lijanwerent men onlybut Women aswell

They were driving in cars and shooting

They were, and still are, knocking on homes asking for shelterpretending they are refugees and then they shoot the family once they enter
. Also there are fromtime to time, [there are] snipers on top of buildings shootingat civilians. A lot of confrontations tookplace between our brave men and the Lijanon Sundayand a lot from the Lijan got killed and captured.[and] Thats how it has been going on since.We are after the Lijan and wewont stop until we get them all. The random shooters and the snipershave been trying to hide but theywont be able to for long .........so its getting more quiet and safe againin the streets. But we have so many check points now everywhere to ensure securityThats the latest news about Benghazi ..... we didnt have Gerdaffi forces attacking us from the outside ,
and the NATO is doing a great job for Benghazi, cuz they has successfully stopped a masacare that wasgoing to happen in Benghazi.
