Tweets zijn ook nog niet eenduidig. Men beweerd wel dat AJE/AJA zegt dat Ghonim vrij zou zijn.
Zo heb ik het filmpje ook in het bericht gezet. "zou Ghonim zijn", "een man gearresteerd", etc.quote:

Opmerkingen/meningen/aanvullingen?quote:Wael Ghonim, hoofd van de afdeling marketing voor Google in Egypte, is vanmiddag vrijgelaten na een gevangenschap van elf dagen.
Ghonim deed vanaf het begin al mee aan de protesten. Volgens zijn twitter-account, heeft hij de avond voor 25 januari pas besloten de demonstranten te steunen en mee te lopen met de demonstratie. Door zijn hoge status binnen Google, zijn betrokkenheid bij de demonstratie en zijn plotselinge verdwijning, is hij uitgegroeid tot een symbool van de revolutie en alles wat er mis is met het regime.
Tijdens de dagen erna twitterde hij veelvuldig over wat hij allemaal meemaakte en zag. Veelvuldig riep hij zijn volgers op om zich bij de demonstratie te voegen.
Toen er plotseling geen berichten meer verschenen op zijn account, vermoedde vele mensen dat er iets met hem gebeurd zou zijn. Een echte bevestiging is hier nooit van gekomen, tot maandagochtend werd aangekondigd dat hij vrijgelaten zou worden. Er is wel een online verschenen van een arrestatie van een man waarvan men beweerd dat het Ghonim zou zijn. In het filmpje is te zien dat een agent de man arresteert.
