On Friday's Maury Povich Show, Michael Lohan reaches out to his daughter Lindsay, of whom he claims her health is deteriorating rapidly due to prescription drug abuse.

"There's nothing left of her," he said. "I was out in L.A. with her about three weeks ago when she got robbed. She called me up at 3:30 a.m. and said, 'Daddy, come out here.' I flew out and couldn't even look at her. I had to go outside and cry. When I hugged her, it's just a hollow, hollow person."

Asked what he wants to tell his daughter, Michael (with tears in his eyes) looked into the camera and said: "Lindsay, I love you with all my heart and ... I am not going to bury you. You're going to bury me before this is over. I will do anything and everything I have to to save your life. Whether mom likes it, or the public likes it or anyone, I am going to take all the steps I can to help you because I want you to have your life back. You're not in the right state of mind. You're my daughter, honey, and I can do this anymore."

Lindsay, 23, is due in a Beverly Hills court Friday to give progress on her 2007 drunk driving case. (The actress, who was arrested for driving under the influence, agreed to a plea bargain that called for probation, time in a treatment program and community service after she crashed her car on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills.)

TMZ reports her lawyer will try to convince the judge that Lindsay will improve her attendance record at her treatment program.

On Thursday, Usmagazine.com caught up with Lindsay, who said: "Everything is good. I am in a really good place. I've been working a lot. I literally slept the entire day yesterday. I woke up, and it was like 10 o'clock at night. I was like, 'I have stuff to do!'"

Asked about her father's concerns, Lindsay told Us: "I just wish he would shut up."

SaMAN was sick of the sight of her and started teasing her about being drunk saying to LiLo, "Why don't you have another drink?" and "You're a disgrace!"

Ouch! The eyewitness continues:

"That made Lindsay just totally flip out on Sam. She picked up a drink and threw it straight in her face! Sam was absolutely furious and picked up some DJ equipment that was by her and threw that at Lindsay. It was crazy!"

Lindsay's friends supposedly managed to take her away from the situation and SaMAN was so upset that instead of doing a live set she played a tape instead which pissed off the management who asked her to step down from the DJ booth.

A furious Ronson took her audio cables and left the club unable to play any music for the rest of the night! She was spotted later that night at H.Wood throwing a "diva fit!"

Juicy!

We think Lindsay needs to give up on this SaMAN reunion — it reeks of desperation! But then again, so does LiLo!

To say that Sam "beat up" Lindsay is a pretty strong accusation and one that isn't necessarily backed up by a small scrape on Lindsay's lip. For all we know it is a cold sore. That said, these two are certainly being cold and sore toward each other!

Last night Lindsay went to Madeo with some pals, and after that the group (including her new BFF Marcus) headed over to Voyeur. About 30 minutes after Lindsay arrived, Samantha showed up, but the real drama happened when the two left the club.

An X17 photographer tells X17online exclusively that on her way out, Lindsay spoke to a traffic officer and asked if he could pull Sam over since she had been drinking inside the club! Not only that, but there are rumblings that Lindsay is looking to seek a restraining order against Samantha, though that might be a bit hard seeing as they live in the same building and frequent the same nighttime spots.

An X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively:
"Lindsay was clearly set on ruining Samantha's evening. Lindsay's not just out for revenge - she's at war! But it's weird - she seems happier recently. It's like fighting with Sam is like some sort of therapy for her.
Samantha didn't get pulled over, but Lindsay now seems hell bent on getting back at Sam for something!

6 juli opnieuw voor rechter
Een bijkomende zitting is gepland op 6 juli. Pas dan zal de rechter oordelen of Lindsay de probatievoorwaarden heeft geschonden die haar werden opgelegd nadat ze in 2007 voor de tweede keer dronken aan het stuur werd betrapt.

Vijf drugtests
Tegen dan zal ze minstens vijf drugtest moeten doorstaan. Bij schending van haar probatievoorwaarden, riskeert Lindsay zes maanden cel.

Lindsay Lohan, 23 jaar, moest voor de Californische rechtbank verschijnen omdat ze niet aan alle vormingssessies over de gevaren van alcohol had deelgenomen. Die waren haar opgelegd in ruil voor haar voorwaardelijke invrijheidsstelling. Doordat haar paspoort gestolen was in Cannes, zat ze vast in Frankrijk en kon ze niet aanwezig zijn op de sessies. Op de rechtbankzitting vandaag kwam de ster wel opdagen.

Gisteren gaf Lindsay nog een interview waarin ze haar onschuld uitschreeuwt. Het is nogal wiedes dat ze zelf vindt dat er geen enkele reden is waarom ze de cel of de afkickkliniek in zou moeten, zelfs niet nadat ze werd gefotografeerd met naast haar enkele lijntjes coke.

Gespijbeld
Lindsay moest de rechter vandaag een verklaring geven waarom ze drie van de dertien haar opgelegde lessen alcoholbeheersing miste. Die moet ze volgen nadat ze een tweede keer dronken aan het stuur werd betrapt. Gisteren probeerde ze nog een les in te halen, maar op zondag bleek zelfs die school gesloten.

Verantwoordelijkheid
Volgens Lindsay kan haar niets ten laste worden gelegd. Het is allemaal de fout van haar vader. "Ik heb altijd mijn verantwoordelijkheid opgenomen. Altijd", verklaarde Lindsay.

Maar ze was de voorbije dagen wel aan het feesten in Cannes. De foto waarop ze met vrienden poseert, met enkele lijnen coke op tafel? "Ik ging op de hotelkamer van een fan, het zijn mijn zaken niet wat daar op tafel ligt", oordeelt Lindsay.

Aanhoudingsbevel
De rechter in Los Angeles verwachtte Lindsay vorige week donderdag al. Maar Lindsay kon niet naar de VS reizen omdat haar paspoort in Cannes zoek was geraakt. De rechter, die oordeelde dat "haar handelingen meer zeggen dan haar woorden" vaardigde een aanhoudingsbevel tegen Lindsay uit. Dat werd ingetrokken nadat ze 100.000 euro borgtocht betaalde.

In een interview met Hollywood.tv speelde Lindsay gisteren de heilige onschuld. "Ik liet een fan een foto nemen met mij. Het zijn mijn zaken niet wat er in die kamer lag". Maar indien de rechter oordeelt dat ze de voorwaarden van haar vrijlating heeft geschonden, riskeert ze tot zes maanden cel. "Ik heb me meer dan geschikt naar alles wat met het juridisch systeem te maken heeft. Ik zie niet in waarom in naar de gevangenis zou moeten, de enige persoon die zoiets suggereerde is mijn vader".

Werken in Cannes, niet feesten
"Ik was niet in Cannes om feest te vieren, ik was er om te werken. Ik deed er promotie voor een film. Ik concentreer me op mijn werk en probeer naar de lessen te gaan die me werden opgelegd. Ik ben hier in verzeild geraakt omdat ik graag acteer, niet omdat ik graag naar de rechtbank ga. Ik zie ook niet in waarom ik naar een ontwenningskliniek zou moeten. Dat is toch helemaal niet aan de orde?"

Lindsay houdt vol dat ze geen druppel alcohol heeft aangeraakt. Indien ze voor de rechtbankzitting van 6 juli nog eens tegen de lamp loopt, vliegt ze de cel in.
