Je kunt voor NSJ 3-dagen kaarten kopen en dagkaarten.
Voor sommige concerten rekenen ze een supplement en ik heb begrepen dat je voor populaire artiesten ook behoorlijk bijtijds bij de zaal moet zijn omdat je er anders niet in komt.

Bah, Cobra zou ik dolgraag eens willen zien, maar daar ga ik niet zoveel geld aan uitgeven. Bij NSJ koop je dagkaarten, 3-dagen kaarten of kaarten met een bonus voor de hoegenaamde plusconcerten. Neem zelf eten mee wanneer je gaat, want dat is ook enorm prijzig.

Ik zou er bijna voor naar het NSJ gaan.
Het zijn overigens geen plusconcerten, er staat iedere dag een concert met Zorn aan het begin van de avond en aan het einde van de avond.
Tickets gaan via Eventim en kosten 179 euro voor 3 dagen (+10 euro servicekosten) of 75 euro per dag +7,50 servicekosten).

Ik heb even geinformeerd voor het NSJ bij een oud collega. De Darling en de Yukon zijn niet al te grote zalen, dus wel bijtijds daar zijn als je een goede plek wilt.
Het is in Rotterdam minder druk dan in Den Haag en je kunt er dus nog redelijk rondlopen en overal goed bijkomen.
Overigens ben ik ook meer voor het Bimhuis dan NSJ. Al was het alleen maar voor de kosten.

Ik heb ook een kaartje gekocht voor NJZ. Ik zou het liefst zaterdag of vrijdag gaan, maar dat zat er helaas niet in vanwege een bruiloft en werk, maar de zondag is ook tof. Vooral Cobra lijkt me erg gaaf.

Diegene met wie ik zondag was was ook niet bepaald positief over Secret Chiefs.
Jammer dat ik niet naar Masada of Bar Kokhba kon, maar vond het wel erg de moeite waard gisteren. Cobra was echt erg goed! Filmworks was boeiender dan ik van tevoren verwacht had. Voordat Cobra begon was er nog wel een hilarisch moment, toen hij die fotolui wegstuurde, na het drie keer gevraagd te hebben ofzo "I really appreciate your sad looking faces, but could you please get the fuck out!".

Secret chiefs 3 in de worm was heel erg gaaf. Maar daar speelden ze dan ook geen masada maar hun eigen materiaal. Ze kwamen als 3 sub bands op UR, ishrakquyin en de laatste weet ik niet precies. Ze speelden dus achtereenvolgens surf, oosterse en rock muziek. Erg geslaagde avond

John Zorn vind ik nooit heel veel. Want als ik zijn bekendste werk begin te luisteren (Naked City) wordt ik gek. Maar hij heeft dus allemaal side projects waar ik eigenlijk nog helemala niks van wist. Zoals Electric Masada, the Dreamers. En een side project/band dat ik wel wist: Bar Kohkba. En wil dat nou het enige zijn van Zorn wat ik vooralsnog wel zeer te pruimen vind?

De Dreamers albums, dus: O'o, The Gift, The Dreamers en Ipos zijn allemaal zéér de moeite waard. Ik ben sowieso erg fan van de Book of Angels serie, en de meeste zijn niet zo zenuwachtig.
