INTRO
INTRO
"HEROES" is een nieuwe, Amerikaanse tv-serie van schrijver en regisseur Tim Kring. Het vertelt het epische verhaal van gewone mensen over de hele wereld, die plotseling ontdekken dat ze bovennatuurlijke krachten bezitten. Zo is er de onkwetsbare cheerleader, de agent die gedachten kan lezen, de kunstenaar die de toekomst kan schilderen en de Japanse nerd die door de tijd kan reizen!
De eerste aflevering werd bekeken door meer dan 14 miljoen mensen en bleef dat tot nu toe hanteren met kleine verschuivingen!
Het is een ongelooflijk goed serie met een goed verhaal! Heroes is intrigerend en vooral verslavend!

ABOUT HEROES
They thought they were like everyone else... until they woke with incredible abilities. In Japan, a lowly office worker can teleport at will. In New York, a struggling artist can paint the future. In Los Angeles, a discontented beat cop can hear the thoughts of others. Elsewhere, a high school cheerleader discovers she is unbreakable and a single mom realizes she has a powerful alter ego.
Heroes chronicles the lives of these people and the lives of others like them - whose destiny just might be saving humankind.

An artist living in New York who can paint future events during precognitive trances. He also writes and draws a comic book called 9th Wonders! which has also been shown to depict the future.

Masi Oka
is a programmer from Tokyo with the ability to manipulate the space-time continuum, travel through time, or teleport to any location at will.
SIMONE DEVEAUX
Tawny Cypress
is an art dealer who sells the paintings created by her former boyfriend, Isaac who has the ability to paint the future.
CLAIRE BENNET
Hayden Panettiere
Mr. Bennet's adopted daughter, the cheerleader living in Odessa, Texas, with the ability to rapidly heal from any injury.
MICAH SANDERS
Noah Gray-Cabey
D.L.'s son and a child prodigy, Micah has a technopathic ability enabling him to communicate with machines and electronics, and manipulate them, and/or repair technology through thought.
NATHAN PETRELLI
Adrian Pasdar
a New York Congressional candidate with the ability of self-propelled flight. He is Claire Bennet's biological father. Peter Petrelli is his little brother.
MATT PARKMAN
Greg Grunberg
is a Los Angeles police officer with the power of telepathy. He is able to hear people's thoughts.
MOHINDER SURESH
Sendhil Ramamurthy
is a genetics professor from India who has travelled to New York to investigate his father's death. As part of his investigation, he follows up on his father's research into people with superhuman abilities.
NIKI SANDERS
Ali Larter
The wife of D.L. and mother of Micah. Niki is a webcam stripper living in Las Vegas with a split personality. When this other personality, whom Niki calls Jessica, takes over, she exhibits superhuman strength and amoral tendencies.
PETER PETRELLI
Milo Ventimiglia
A former hospice nurse and Nathan's younger brother. He is an empath with the ability to absorb the powers of others he has been near and can recall any ability he has used in the past by focusing on his feelings for those from whom the abilities originate.
MR. BENNET
Jack Coleman
is the father of Claire Bennet, who works for the Primatech Paper Company, which is actually a cover operation for an Organization Without Initials that investigates people with superhuman abilities. He is also known as the Horn-Rimmed Glasses Man.
EDEN MCCAIN
Nora Zehetner
is working for mr. bennet to use Chandra's research to track down more supers. Eden has the power to influence people to her will, which includes direct instruction of all functions, voluntary and involuntary.
GABRIEL GRAY, SYLAR
Zachary Quinto
despite the number of powers he has at his disposal, Sylar is shown almost exclusively using telekinesis. Sylar is able to "know when things are broken, and how to fix them."
THE HAITIAN
Jimmy Jean-Louis
has a powerful ability to erase the memories of others and "hollow out" the mind of these persons. The Haitian is also able to block or interfere with some mental powers, he works and is definetly some kind of bodyguard for mr. Bennet.
HANA GITELMAN
Stana Katic
has the ability to act as a living electronic transmitter and receiver, capable of intercepting virtually any form of electronic signal and transmitting coherent signals of any type through thought alone.
TED SPRAGUE
Matthew John Armstrong
has the ability to generate and manipulate radiation and is not able to control his power. His powers allow him to replicate the common side-effects of radiation, such as the ability to generate heat and cause radiation poisoning.
D.L. HAWKINS
Leonard Roberts
Once an escaped criminal, he has the power to alter his physical tangibility and phase through solid objects, both inanimate and organic.
CLAUDE
Christopher Eccleston
is a hero with the power of invisibility and is able to can control his invisibility. He seems to have the ability to make objects he touches invisible. He first appears in the episode "Godsend" during one of Peter's dreams, in which he is laughing before Peter explodes.
THE SYMBOL
Het is het SYMBOOL van de personen die bovenmenselijke krachten bezitten. Degene die ze volledig heeft ontwikkeld, heeft het gehele SYMBOOL op zijn/haar rechter schouder.
Degene die net achter komt wat zijn krachten zijn, begint ook een stukje van de tattoo te krijgen, stap voor stap dus!
Nieuwe info: Mijn theorie hierboven omtrent het symbool klopte, maar nu wordt het eindelijk toegelicht; in aflevering 12 Heroes - Godsend wordt uitgelegd waar het symbool precies voor staat.
"Het symbool dat uit een combinatie van 2 japanse tekens bestaat, betekent "Great talent" en "Godsend".
