Drie artikelen waaruit blijkt dat de vraag naar olie nu al twee jaar groter is dan het aanbod. In hoevere dit beleid is van de olieproducerende landen of daadwerkelijk schaarste durf ik niet te zeggen. Wel snoept dit langzaam olie uit de westerse olievoorraden.

Het wordt steeds duidelijker dat het tekort aan olie van de laatste jaren steeds structureler wordt. De productie van oude velden in onder meer de Golf van Mexico en op de Noordzee neemt af. Nieuwe velden kunnen dat maar net opvangen.

AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones) -- De voorraden ruwe olie in de VS zijn afgelopen week onverwacht gedaald, terwijl de voorraden benzine en destillaten sterker afnamen dan verwacht. Dit meldt de Amerikaanse overheid woensdag in zijn wekelijkse update over de energievoorraden.

De voorraad ruwe olie nam af met 1 miljoen vaten tot 332,4 miljoen vaten, waar de markt rekende op een toename van 500.000 vaten.

De benzinevoorraad daalde met 2,7 miljoen vaten tot 197 miljoen vaten, terwijl analisten waren uitgegaan van 1,45 miljoen vaten minder.

De voorraad destillaten - waaronder stookolie en diesel - kwam 800.000 vaten lager uit dan een week eerder, waar de markt uitging van een afname van 400.000 miljoen vaten.

De raffinagecapaciteit steeg met 0,2 procentpunt tot 90,4%. Analisten rekenden op een stijging van 0,4 procentpunt.

Bush heeft niet zoveel te willen, de elite achter hem bepaald wat er gebeurd.


De aanzet voor de oorlog tegen het terrorisme was de CIA die in 1979 Afghanen begon te trainen voor de oorlog tegen de Russen. De coup van de Britten in Iran (1979) die de ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini aan de macht bracht was de volgende stap.

Verder is olie altijd al belangrijk geweest maar zo simpel als, oh dus het was voor de olie is het geenzins.


Voor de Eerste Wereldoorlog was Duitsland sterk aan het groeien en door de Berlin-Baghdad spoorlijn die aangelegd werd zou Duitsland onafhankelijk worden van de rest van Europa en in haar eigen oliebehoeften kunnen voorzien. De Britten hadden met het Britse Anglo-Persian Oil Company een deal met Persie dat goed was voor 60 jaar alleenrecht op de Persische (nu Iraanse) olie. In begin 20ste eeuw begonnen steeds meer landen de voordelen in te zien van olie ten opzichte van kolen en de Britten met hun machtige marine waren bang dat de Duitsers te groot en machtig zouden worden en via een landroute naar het Midden Oosten de Britten zou kunnen verdrijven uit de Perzische Golf.


Geopolitieke theorie voor de controle over de wereld

In 1919 schreef Halford Mackinder in zijn boek "Democratic Ideals and Reality" dat vanuit geopolitiek oogpunt een ieder die de controle over de wereld wilde krijgen "The Heartland" moest zien te veroveren.De theorie stelt dat voor het controleren en het in de macht hebben van de wereld men "the heartland" moest controleren. The heartland is het gebied van Oost Europa, Rusland en Centraal Azie samen, ook wel Eurasia genoemd.

Zijn theorie ging als volgt:

- Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland:
- Who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island:
- Who rules the World-Island commands the World.


Na de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd deze theorie veranderd door Nicholas Spykman die opperde dat voor het verkrijgen van controle over Eurasia het mogelijk was om via de aan zee grenzende landen een macht op te bouwen die "The Heartland" in bedwang zou houden. In zijn theorie stelde hij dat een supermacht deze landen moest controleren en daar luchtmacht en marine basissen moest bouwen. Dit vormde de "Containment Strategy" tegen de Sovjet Unie in het begin van de Koude Oorlog en wordt nu uitgebouwd door heel Eurasia (voornamelijk de Perzische Golf) te omsingelen met militaire bassisen.

Responding to Mackinder, Spykman wrote: “If there is to be a slogan for the power politics of the Old World, it must be ‘Who controls the rimland rules Eurasia; who rules Eurasia controls the destinies of the world.’”


Dit werd later overgenomen door James Burnham, hij stelde dat de Sovjet Unie die in feite na de tweede Wereldoorlog controle had genomen over "The Heartland" als vijand gezien moest worden en dat er onder het mom van het bestrijden van communisme er van alles aan gedaan moest worden om de macht van de Russen in te perken. Dit leidde o.a. tot de coup in Iran (1953), de Vietnam Oorlog, Oorlog in Korea.

De coup in Iran had ook nog een ander tintje. De leiden van Iran Mohammed Mossadegh had de olie genationaliseerd en de Britse bedrijven eruit gegooid. De Britten in samenwerking met de V.S. plande een coup, uiteindelijk uitgevoerd door de CIA onder de codenaam Operation Ajax. Het aan de macht brengen van de sjah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi leverden de Britten en de Amerikanen niet alleen een goed gezind regime midden in Eurasia op, maar ook nog eens goede contracten voor de exploratie van de Iraanse oliebronnen.


Belang van Olie en Peak Oil

In de jaren 70 werd pas echt duidelijk hoe belangrijk olie was voor de westerse macht. Nadat in 1956 M. King Hubbert een olie piek voorspelde voor de V.S. en deze uiteindelijk uitkwam ergens rond 1970 veranderde het hele denken van de Amerikanen (Naja publiekelijk dan, de elite wist allang dat dit eraan zat te komen). De oliecrisis deed hier nog eens een schepje bovenop. Amerika ging van een olieexporterend land naar een olie importerend land en wat al sinds het begin van de 20ste eeuw bekend was, dat de Perzische Golf de meeste oliereserves van de wereld bevatte werd meegenomen in het strategische beleid van de V.S.

In 1980 was het de Carter Doctrine die voor het eerst openlijk stelde dat de Perzische Golf van groot belang was voor de V.S. vanwege haar olievelden en dat elke poging van buitenaf om controle te verkrijgen over dat gebied door de V.S. zou worden afgeweerd, desnoods met met militaire middelen.

”An attempt by any outside force to gain control of the Persian Gulf region will be regarded as an assault on the vital interests of the United States of America, and such an assault will be repelled by any means necessary, including military force.”

- President Carter, State of the Union speech, January 1980


Naar aanleiding van de Iran-Irak oorlog in 1980 stelde President Ronald Reagan in 1981 dat de V.S. het regime van Saudie Arabie militair zou bijstaan in geval het land aangevallen zou worden. Saudie Arabie is werelds grootste exporteur van olie en de V.S. was en is deels afhankelijk van de aanhoudende toevoer van olie uit dit land. Na de Iraanse Revolutie en de Iraanse gijzeling crisis van 1979 tot 1981 leidde er toe dat de V.S. steun gaf aan Irak. De C.I.A. begon Irak te helpen door het leveren van inlichtingen, economische hulp en wapens.

Nadat in 1982 bleek dat Iran de oorlog aan het winnen was begon de V.S. Irak openlijk te steunen. Reagan zei dat de V.S. het zich niet kon veroorloven dat Irak de oorlog met Iran zou verliezen en dat de V.S. er alles aan zou doen wat wettelijk mogelijk was om het verlies van Irak te voorkomen. Reagan voerde dit beleid in met een National Security Decision Directive ("NSDD") in juni 1982.

In 1983 richte de Reagon regering de U.S. Central Command (Centcom) op. Dit was de opvolger van de Rapid Deployment Forces (RDF) onder het presidentschap van Carter. Dit is een van de nu vijf centrale overkoepelende posten voor het sturen en beheren van de Amerikaanse legermacht in de wereld. Een van de hoofddoelen van Centcom is zorgen dat de het westen toegang heeft tot de grondstoffen van Eurasia en om snel te kunnen ingrijpen wanneer er een conflict ontstaat dat de nationale veiligheid (lees energietoevoer) van de V.S. en het westen in gevaar kan brengen. Dit is het begin van de militarisatie van Eurasia door de V.S. (NATO).

Deze geschiedenis in combinatie met de rest van de bronnen die ik in dit topic gegeven heb laten zien dat de oorlogen en de militaire aanwezigheid van de V.S. en de NAVO niets anders is dan een voortzetting van een decennia lang beleid. Het gaat er niet alleen om dat de V.S. de olie veilig stelt voor haarzelf, nee, het doel is de olie veilig te stellen voor haarzelf en al haar Westerse bondgenoten. Daarnaast is het doel om ieder andere grote macht geen supermacht te laten worden en de controle over Eurasia te ontzeggen.

Ik kom hier later nog een keer op terug met een aantal uitgebreide posts die de geopolitieke strategie van de afgelopen 30 jaar wat uitgebreider beschrijft.

Perzische Golf als National Security

Na de Eerste Golfoorlog heeft de V.S. permanente basissen kunnen bouwen in Saudie Arabie, Kuweit en andere landen die de Perzische Golf omringen.

De Wolfowitz Doctrine, later de Defense Planning Guidance genoemd bepaalde grotendeels het strategische beleid van de V.S. voor de periode van 1994 tot 1999. Dit plan was in 1992 uitgelekt naar de New York Times waarna er grote kritiek op geleverd werd. Het document stelde namelijk dat Amerika de enige supermacht was en dat deze daarom een agressief beleid moest voeren om haar belangen in grondstofrijke gebieden moest verdedigen.

"Our first objective is to prevent the re-emergence of a new rival, either on the territory of the former Soviet Union or elsewhere, that poses a threat on the order of that posed formerly by the Soviet Union. This is a dominant consideration underlying the new regional defense strategy and requires that we endeavor to prevent any hostile power from dominating a region whose resources would, under consolidated control, be sufficient to general global power."


Het document werd uiteindelijk herschreven onder supervisie van Dick Cheney, Colin Powel. (ja die waren er toen al nauw bij betrokken)

Herziene versie:

"Our most fundamental goal is to deter or defeat attack from whatever source... The second goal is to strengthen and extend the system of defense arrangements that binds democratic and like-minded nations together in common defense against aggression, build habits of cooperation, avoid the renationalization of security policies, and provide security at lower costs and with lower risks for all. Our preference for a collective response to preclude threats or, if necessary, to deal with them is a key feature of our regional defense strategy. The third goal is to preclude any hostile power from dominating a region critical to our interests, and also thereby to strengthen the barriers against the re-emergence of a global threat to the interests of the U.S. and our allies."


Dit is een regelrechte referentie naar de New World Order in de Speeches van President Bush in 1990.

A New World Order where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind: peace, and security, freedom, and the rule of law ... [The war in Iraq is] a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, ... our fifth objective, - a New World Order, can emerge: a new era, freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace ... Now we can see a new world coming into view, a world in which there is a very real prospect of a New World Order. ... We are now in sight of a United Nations that performs as envisioned by its founders."

In de uitgelekte versie stond letterlijk dat het buitenlandse beleid van de V.S. erop gericht is de toegang tot de olie in de Perzische Golf veilig te stellen.:

"In the Middle East and Southwest Asia, our overall objective is to remain the predominant outside power in the region and preserve U.S. and Western access to the region's oil."


In de herziene versie is dit wordt het iets minder blunt genoemd:

"In the Middle East and Persian Gulf, we seek to foster regional stability, deter aggression against our friends and interests in the region, protect U.S. nationals and property, and safeguard our access to international air and seaways and to the region's oil. The United States is committed to the security of Israel and to maintaining the qualitative edge that is critical to Israel's security. Israel's confidence in its security and U.S.-Israel strategic cooperation contribute to the stability of the entire region, as demonstrated once again during the Persian Gulf War. At the same time, our assistance to our Arab friends to defend themselves against aggression also strengthens security throughout the region, including for Israel."


Vanuit de visie van dit document wordt later door The Project of the New American Century het rapport Rebuilding America's Defenses geschreven door ongeveer dezelfde hoofdpersonen. Deze visie ligt ten grondslag aan het in 2002 gepubliceerde National Security Strategy of the United States of America waarin de Bush doctrine, het preventief aanvallen als mogelijkheid gezien wordt om de nationale veiligheid te waarborgen.

In al deze documenten is een duidelijke voortzetting in het buitenlandse beleid van de V.S. te zien. Ook dezelfde mensen komen steeds terug die het buitenlandse beleid bepaald hebben en nog steeds bepalen. Nou kun je aan de hand van deze analyse nog niet zeggen dat de War on Terror vanaf het begin af aan de opzet was maar het komt allemaal wel verdomd goed uit.

Ben ook benieuwd. Waar het mij om gaat is dat hieruit blijkt dat er krapte op de markt is. Dat de overige olie dat niet uit de import komt uit de voorraden gehaald wordt is vrij logisch. Wat de reden voor het verschil in productie en vraag ook zijn moge.

Een andere interessante ontwikkeling is de geleidelijke maar toch snelle daling in productie van het grootste olieveld van Mexico.

Volgens het analysebedrijf IHS Energy zou Irak mogelijk tot 2 keer zoveel olie in de grond hebben als eerder werd aangenomen. Komt dat even mooi uit.

Een en ander maakt het belang van Irak duidelijk voor de internationale oliegiganten die megawinsten kunnen opstrijken van zodra of in het geval het 'conflict' in het land wordt overwonnen, schrijft de krant. Die winsten worden des te groter mocht het Iraakse parlement de door de Amerikanen opgestelde oliewet goedkeuren, volgens dewelke de olie-industrie enkel nominaal in overheidshanden blijft, maar die de multinationals via variaties op de PSA's (Production Sharing Agreements) toestaat het leeuwendeel van de oliewinsten op te strijken. Daarbij komt dat de olie zich relatief goedkoop laat oppompen en dat het zwarte goud onder de Iraakse bodem van uitstekende kwaliteit is (en amper nog raffinage behoeft).

De IHS-studie baseert zich op gegevens, waaronder geologische analyses, die zowel voor als na de Anglo-Amerikaanse invasie van maart 2003 werden gewonnen. IHS-deskundige Robert Mobed had het in de krant over 'unieke mogelijkheden' en een 'gouden kans' voor het westerse bedrijfsleven.

Achja, maar olie had er toch niks mee te maken? Dat zeiden Bush en Blair zelf!

De National Energy Policy Development Group (NEPDG), beter bekend als de Cheney Energy Task Force heeft in 2000 en 2001 verschillende meetings gehad met de top van de oliegiganten. Uit dit onderzoek zijn kaarten vrijgegeven die precies laten zien waar de olie zit en welke bedrijven daar contracten hebben.

The Grand Chessboard (1997)

In het strategische document Rebuilding America’s Defenses van de PNAC groep werd in feite opgeroepen tot het vinden van een mogelijkheid om Iraq aan te vallen en de controle te nemen over de strategische grondstofreserves in het Midden Oosten.

‘While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.’ (p. 14)

De geopolitieke verklaringen voor de noodzaak van de aanwezigheid van de Amerikaanse strijdkrachten in de Perzische Golf worden uitgebreid beschreven in het boek van Zbigniew Brzezinski.


In 1997 schreef Zbigniew Brzezinski het boek getiteld “The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and its Georstrategic Imperative”. In dit boek schrijft hij dat de V.S. na de Koude Oorlog de enige “Global Superpower” is en dat het voor de V.S. en de wereld van absolute noodzaak is dat ze deze hegemonie zo lang mogelijk kan vasthouden. De key hiervan is de controle over Eurasia vanwege de strategische ligging van dit gebied (The Heartland theorie van Mackinder) en haar natuurlijke grondstoffen, de grootste ter wereld.

Zbigniew Brzezinski stelt dat Rusland en China beide nog net geen supermacht zijn, maar dat dit wel de meest belangrijke landen zijn die een gevaar vormen voor de belangen van de V.S. in Eurasia. Hij gaat verder en stelt dat de republieken van de voormalige Sovjet Unie in centraal Azie belangrijk zijn voor de V.S. omdat deze een buffer vormen tussen Rusland en China en de belangen van de V.S. in Eurasia. Van de twee landen, China en Rusland, denkt Zbigniew Brzezinski dat Rusland de grootste bedreiging vormt.

"Hence, support for the new post-Soviet states -- for geopolitical pluralism in the space of the former Soviet empire -- has to be an integral part of a policy designed to induce Russia to exercise unambiguously its European option. Among these states. Three are geopolitically especially important: Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine." (p. 121)

"Uzbekistan, nationally the most vital and the most populous of the central Asian states, represents the major obstacle to any renewed Russian control over the region. Its independence is critical to the survival of the other Central Asian states, and it is the least vulnerable to Russian pressures." (p. 121)

De Russische Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was oorspronkelijk opgericht door de Uzbekistan, Belarus en Kazachstan om het verloop van de val van de Sovjet Unie zo vredig mogelijk te laten verlopen. Eind 1991 tekenden 11 landen dit verdrag. In 1993 kwam Georgië hierbij en in 2005 stapte Turkmenistan hieruit als permanent lid. Sindsdien zijn er 11 staten, voormalige republieken van de Sovjet Unie lid van deze organisatie.

Het westen probeert sinds de val van de Sovjet Unie meer invloed te krijgen in deze landen en voornamelijk in de landen die rond de Perzische Golf liggen en een buffer vormen tussen Eurasia en Rusland. Het is dan ook geen toeval dat de er de afgelopen jaren nogal wat onrust in die gebieden plaatsvindt. Tussen 2003 en 2005 zijn er drie revoluties geweest waardoor er meer westers gezinde leiders aan de macht zijn gekomen in Georgië, Belarus en in de Ukraine.

In het boek beschrijft Zbigniew Brzezinski verder dat Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Iran and Kazakhstan essentiële landen zijn die door de V.S. gecontroleerd moeten worden en als buffer of tegenwicht moeten dienen voor de pogingen van Rusland en China om de controle te krijgen over de olie, gas en mineralen in de centraal Aziatische republieken (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan).

(p.141) [This would explain why Putin would welcome U.S. military presence to stabilize the region.]

Volgens Brzezinski zijn de centrale Aziatische republieken de key voor de controle over Eurasia en is Uzbekistan de key voor het controleren van deze republieken. Het is dan ook geen verassing dat de V.S. een grote militaire basis heeft in dit land. Tijdens de toespraak van President Bush aan het Congress een paar dagen na de aanslagen op 11 september noemde hij Uzbekistan dan ook als een van de eerste plaatsen waar de V.S. de militairen naar toe zou sturen. Echter waren de voorbereidingen voor een invasie van Afghanistan al in een vergevorderd stadium voor 9/11 en was de CIA en het Amerikaanse leger al een aantal jaar actief in Uzbekistan. Dit geeft sterke aanwijzingen dat de hele oorlog tegen het terrorisme al jaren in de planning was.

Samenvatting belangrijkste punten:

1. Het eerste en meest duidelijke standpunt is dat Eurasia belangrijk is vanwege de grondstof en de hegemonie van de V.S. en dat voor de vrede en veiligheid in de wereld het belangrijk is dat er geen andere landen de status van een supermacht kunnen bereiken of de positie van de V.S. in Eurasia kunnen uitdagen. De ontwikkelingen van de afgelopen jaren, de economische en diplomatieke banden van China en Rusland en de tegenhanger van NATO, de Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), waar Pakistan, India en Iran op dit moment de observer status in hebben zouden zomaar roet in het eten kunnen gooien voor het westen. Ook de macht die Rusland dreigt te krijgen vanwege haar grote olie en gas reserves kunnen het westen nog problemen gaan bezorgen.

2. Het tweede dat je hieruit opmaakt is dat de oorlog in Irak en Afghanistan en alle andere pogingen om invloed te krijgen in de Europese balkan en voormalige Sovjet republieken onderdeel zijn van een langdurig strategisch plan.

3. Het derde punt dat iets dieper ligt is dat Brzezinski er duidelijk op wijst dat de “global community” toegang krijgt en behoud in de regio. Economische toegang voor alle partijen en het sluiten van verdragen verminderd namelijk de kans op een conflict. In het meest gevaarlijke scenario lijdt een conflict tussen bijv. de V.S. en Rusland of China over belangen in de regio tot een wereldoorlog.

4. Een punt dat vaak genoemd wordt als zogenaamd bewijs voor een inside job bij 9/11 is de laatste quote waarbij Brzezinski spreekt over de bereidheid van de Amerikanen om achter militaire en geopolitieke actie te staan wanneer men niet het gevoel heeft onder dreiging te leven van een vijand van buitenaf. De War on Terror geeft deze dreiging en meer…

5. Maar de meest belangrijke en diepgaande quote waarvan de diepere betekenis aan velen voorbij zal gaan is nog wel deze:

"In the long run, global politics are bound to become increasingly uncongenial to the concentration of hegemonic power in the hands of a single state. Hence, America is not only the first, as well as the only, truly global superpower, but it is also likely to be the very last."

Hierin stelt Brzezinski dat het voor een supermacht als de V.S. niet mogelijk is om op langere termijn als enige staat de wereldpolitiek te bepalen. Wanneer je dit bekijkt in het licht van een eerdere quote van Brzezinski en de wereldwijde pogingen van de elite om d.m.v. globalisatie een nieuwe wereld orde te creëren waarbij nationale soevereiniteit langzaam onderhevig zal worden aan supranationale instellingen en economische regels wordt pas duidelijk waar het uiteindelijk allemaal echt om te doen is.

Zbigniew Brzezinski schijnt zich nu druk te maken over de aanpak van George Bush en de mogelijkheid van een uit de hand lopend conflict met Iran. In een verklaring van Zbigniew Brzezinski voor de Senate Foreign Relations Committee op 1 februari 2007 “vreest” hij voor escalatie in de het Midden Oosten. (voorspelling?)

Of hij zich echt druk maakt of dat dit conflict met opzet uitgelokt wordt om straks orde uit de chaos te scheppen en een nieuwe wereld orde te scheppen is natuurlijk wel erg speculatief maar vergeet niet welke rol Zbigniew Brzezinski zelf heeft gespeeld in de beginselen van het terrorisme.

Q: And neither do you regret having supported the Islamic fundamentalism, having given arms and advice to future terrorists?

B: What is most important to the history of the world? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some stirred-up Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?

Q: Some stirred-up Moslems? But it has been said and repeated Islamic fundamentalism represents a world menace today.

B: Nonsense! It is said that the West had a global policy in regard to Islam. That is stupid. There isn't a global Islam. Look at Islam in a rational manner and without demagoguery or emotion. It is the leading religion of the world with 1.5 billion followers. But what is there in common among Saudi Arabian fundamentalism, moderate Morocco, Pakistan militarism, Egyptian pro-Western or Central Asian secularism? Nothing more than what unites the Christian countries.

Deze man is zich naar mijn mening heel goed bewust van wat er gaande is en is een van de key planners geweest voor de hedendaagse oorlog tegen het terrorisme.


Conclusie:

Dit is slechts de geopolitieke analyse van de voorbereiding en geschiedenis van het buitenlandse beleid van de V.S. wat de huidige War on Terror mogelijk heeft gemaakt. Dit wijst er sterk op dat de War on Terror een covert operation is voor het veroveren van Eurasia en het verder verspreiden en versterken van de macht van de global elite.

Hiermee is nog niet voldoende bewezen dat het terrorisme en de War on Terror inderdaad een geplande operatie is, maar ik ben ervan overtuigd dat als je diep graaft in het ontstaan van Al Qaeda, de operaties van de C.I.A. en de I.S.I. in Afghanistan, Iran, de geforceerde oorlog en opdeling van Joegoslavië en de Iran-Contra affaire, dat je dit onomstotelijk kan bewijzen. De links van de C.I.A. en prominenten uit de Reagan, Bush I regeringen met het financieren en ondersteunen van terroristen, waaronder Bin Laden en Al Qaeda via de BCCI en andere schimmige organisaties zijn overduidelijk.

Als ik met deze geopolitieke informatie ga kijken naar de feiten rond de Eerste Golfoorlog, de oorlog in Joegoslavië, de sancties voor Irak, 9/11 en de war on terror (falen inlichtingendiensten), de invasie van Afghanistan (links CIA, ISI Al Qaeda, Taliban), De invasie van Irak (OSP gefabriceerde bewijzen) en de hoofdrol spelers in dit spelletje van de afgelopen 20 jaar dan kom ik tot de conclusie dat dit grotendeels gepland was.


Of zoals Michael Ruppert schreef:

Mijn visie blijft onveranderd, zelfs versterkt. Terrorisme en de War on Terror is grotendeels gepland en bedoeld om de macht over Eurasia te verkrijgen en uiteindelijk een nieuwe wereld orde te scheppen onder controle van de internationale bankiers en oligarchen. Hiermee wil ik niet zeggen dat terrorisme niet bestaat of dat alles in scène wordt gezet, maar dat het terrorisme achter de schermen aangewakkerd en op sommige punten misschien zelfs gestuurd wordt door de inlichtingendiensten en het politieke beleid van de V.S. om de doelen van de global elite te kunnen verwezenlijken.


Mijn visie van de nieuwe wereldorde en de beargumentatie daarvan gaat verder dan het doel van deze samenvatting en laat ik daarom ook achterwege. (niettemin omdat mijn visie hierover ook nog niet compleet is)

Om toch enigszins een idee te krijgen raad ik je aan om de volgende twee boeken van H. G. Wells te lezen, “The Open Conspiracy - What are we to do with our Lives?” en “The New World Order” of de beschrijving van de filosofie achter de New World Order op deze website te lezen.

War on Terror gepland?

"At that black tie party at the Palm Restaurant on the 4th of December in 1985, I was specifically invited by Neil Livingston and to come in and meet Ollie North, and it was a party to promote Neil Livingston’s book, called "Fighting Back", and the subtitle was "The War on Terrorism". He and a State Department/CIA spook by the name of Terry Arnold wrote that book together and this was the coming-out party for the book, and all the covert operations community, the real snake eaters, were going to be there with black ties. Ollie North was there and Bud McFarland and I don’t know, 75 or 100 people in black ties, having drinks and dinner and hobnobbing and they felt like ... the atmosphere at that party was one of ‘We are the shadow government running the United States.’...

The covert operations subculture and the pyramid system of it is difficult for the average citizen to understand. And I understand it because I saw it, but it’s awfully hard to describe. This stuff goes back to the scandals of the 70s ... of Watergate and Richard Helms, the CIA director, being convicted by Congress of lying to Congress, of Ted Shackley and Tom Clines and Dick Secord and a group of them being forced into retirement as a result of the scandal over Edmond P. Wilson’s training of Libyan terrorists in conjunction with these guys, and moving C-4 explosives to Libya. They basically said, "With our expertise at placing dictators in power," I’m almost quoting verbatim one of their comments, "why don’t we treat the United States like the world’s biggest banana republic and take it over?" And the first thing they had to do was to get their man in the White House, and that was George Bush.

Reagan never really was the president. He was the front man. They selected a guy that had charisma, who was popular, and just a good old boy, but they got George Bush in there to actually run the White House. They’d let Ronald Reagan and Nancy out of the closet and let them make a speech and run them up the flagpole and salute them and put them back in the closet while these spooks ran the White House. They made sure that George Bush was the chairman of each of the critical committees involving these covert operations things.

This crowd really believes that the unwashed masses are ignorant, that we are people who are not capable of governing ourselves, that we need this elitist group to control the country, and the world -- these guys have expanded. They look at the United States not as a country, not in any kind of patriotic mode now, but they look on it as a state within a world that they control. And that’s this attitude that they have. They’re not unlike any other megalomaniac in the world. They’re nutty as fruitcake, but they’ve got distinguished gray hair, three-piece dark suits and they carry briefcases, and they’ll stand up and make speeches just as articulate as anybody in the world, but they don’t socialize and function outside their own little clique. My experience with them is that they could be certified as criminally insane and put away in a rubber room and have the key thrown away. That’s how dangerous they are. But they’re powerful, and they’re educated. And that makes them twice as dangerous. And that’s basically what’s running the world right now.
