In an interview with the Manchester Evening News, the silver-haired, spook-hunting blingmeister revealed: "I've just filmed Doctor Who. It's a bit of a mickey-take. The Doctor finds that spirits and ghosts have invaded the whole of the galaxy, so he gets me along to see what we can do about it. It's only a small part, but there's a bit of fun to it. I'm there saying, 'I might as well go now, they're all out there and I can't do anything about them. I'm redundant!'"

No details on which episode he appears in yet, though after guest appearances from Anne Robinson, Trinny & Susannah and Devina McCall last year, it's safe to assume he'll be in a Russell T D Davies scripted story. And one of those just happens to be called "Army Of Ghosts". So, you never know.
