Movie superstar George Clooney almost met his most determined fan this week - when an obsessed blonde used her beauty to sneak past 40 security guards in his hotel. A 22-year-old student called Francesca - whose surname is unknown - dressed up as a chamber maid and then walked past dozens of minders on her way up to Clooney's hotel room in Rome, where he is shooting Ocean's Twelve. And the gorgeous intruder's behavior was only considered suspicious when guards wondered why she wanted to knock on 43-year-old Clooney's door. An Italian security guard says, "This girl was very pretty and used her looks to the full. She wasn't a threat but she was taken away."

Ocean's Twelve stars George Clooney,Matt Damon and Brad Pitt horrified film chiefs by running up $470,000 in drinks at the movie's wild wrap party last month.
Clooney and Pitt sang Rat Pack songs in a tribute to the original 1960's Ocean's Eleven star Frank Sinatra while Damon astounded the crew with drinking games and Catherine Zera-Jones proved she could "out-drink the other stars under the table".
Eventually the movie's bosses ordered them to stop partying fearing it would jeopardise the shooting of their final scenes the following day.
An insider tells Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "Everyone was buzzing but when it got to 5am and these four A-list stars - well, commodities in the studio's eyes - were still drinking, then the bosses just panicked and told them to wrap it up.
"There were serious fears they wouldn't be able to make the Los Angeles scenes after a bash like that. George even invited the local priest because he'd help calm the fans during filming."
The bash was held at Clooney's mansion in Laglio, Italy, which was decked in fairy lights and giant screens showing non-stop Rat Pack films, while the party-goers drank their way through 700 bottles of Jack Daniels, 650 bottles of Courvoisier cognac, 2,000 magnums of Krug champagne and dozens of local Italian spirits.

Shooting in the Netherlands caused some train delays. The Thalys that was used in the film, accidentally broke the upper contact wire. Since the wire broke at the point where several wires connected, the power on several tracks was lost. It took two hours to undo the damage.
Some scenes which suppose to be on Amsterdam station were filmed at Haarlem train station (20 km away). Signs on the platform indicates "Amsterdam centraal" but on the real platform it's saying "Haarlem Centraal".

k betwijfel of er wel een amsterdamse premiere komt..overal zijn er prijsvragen om kaartjes te winnen voor premiere in Parijs en ook de interviews voor de NL-pers schijnen daar te zijn..

Reviews vallen me toch erg tegen. Overwegend negatief
Wel grappig dat veel (Amerikaanse) reviews lovend over het Amsterdam-gedeelte schrijven wegens de sfeer van de stad.

Heb 'm vanochtend gezien en hij viel vies tegen, zeker in vergelijking met Ocean's Eleven.
Het verhaal rammelt aan alle kanten en lijkt verzonnen te zijn aan de tafel van De Dampkring onder het genot van een staafje. Geen coole heist, maar meer een aaneenschakeling van 'gebeurtenissen' aangejaagd doior een duffe Franse meesterdief. Vooral het slot is belachelijk, alsof ze na twee uur niet precies wisten hoe ze er een eind aan moesten breien.
De film ziet er mooi uit, ook de scenes in Ameterdam. Eindelijk een positief beeld van onze hoofdstad, maar dat verhult niet de gapende gaten in het plot.
De film zal zeker een feest voor de acteurs zijn geweest om te maken, je ziet ze er plezier aan beleven, maar voor mij hadden ze er gewoon een homevideo van mogen maken...
Ik pak de dvd van Ocean's Eleven er maar weer bij...

Ik ben zeker van plan hem in de bios te gaan bekijken. Lijkt me een leuk vervolg op Ocean's Eleven. Ben benieuwd...... Heb al zitten kijken bij pathe wanneer hij draait maar stond er jammer genoeg nog niet op. Nog ff geduld dus......

Ze acteerden tijdens de persconferentie ook dat ze gewone jongens waren. Ze wenstten Bonnie zelfs een goed huwelijk
Hallo allemaal!! Ik ga morgen, donderdag 16 december, naar de premiere van Ocean's Twelve in Den Haag. Ik denk niet dat de sterren aanwezig zullen zijn (al deed de ticketverkoper zeer geheimzinnig), maar toch verheug ik me erop. Jammer dat ik die making of gemist heb.
Heb hem zojuist gezien in de bios, vond hem wel cool het is alleen wel een film die je 2x moet zien om hem echt te begrijpen hehe
