Vandaar zeker dat de Palestijnen bestaan uit mensen die vanuit Noord-Afrika tot de Balkan komen en velen ook pas begin 20e eeuw naar dit gebied kwamen. Dit is nog aan hun achternamen terug te zien.

Ik had het in de eerste instantie niet over het meest recente hoofdstuk wat betreft het decennia langdurige drama daar, maar het gezeur bijvoorbeeld over hoelang ze al in dat gebied wonen en die nakba wat het palestijns terreur vandaag de dag zou goedpraten. Hoe kwamen we hier ook alweer op, o ja, de bewering dat palestijnen daar al wonen sinds de mensheid ( wat niet waar is ) en dat Armeniërs er al (bijna) eeuwen een eigen habitat hebben en niet piepen.
