Gazprom boekt eerste verlies in ruim twintig jaarquote:
Op Het Russische gas- en olieconcern Gazprom heeft in 2023 een verlies gedraaid van $6,9 mrd. Dat maakte het staatsbedrijf donderdag bekend bij de presentatie van de jaarcijfers. Het is het eerste verlies in 24 jaar. De omzet daalde met ruim een kwart tot $91,5 mrd.
De resultaten van Gazprom hebben te leiden onder de ingestorte Europese markt voor Russisch gas en de lagere energieprijzen. In 2020 exporteerde Gazprom nog 175 miljard kubieke meter gas naar Europese landen – van oudsher Gazprom’s grootste afzetmarkt. Volgens berekeningen van persbureau Reuters is daar na de Russische invasie van Oekrane weinig meer van over. Er vloeide slechts 28 miljard kuub richting Europa. De inkomsten uit gas voor Gazprom daalden met 40% tot ruim $53 mrd.

The performance of the European defense industry, especially when it comes to supporting Ukraine, has been lackluster, as the EU failed on its promise to deliver 1 million artillery shells between March 2023 and 2024. After supplying only about half of the promised rounds, Brussels shifted the deadline to the end of this year.
Josep Borrell, the EU's top diplomat, will lead the forum, along with EU Commissioner Thierry Breton, the Belgian Minister of Defense, and the Ukrainian Minister for Strategic Industries, Oleksandr Kamyshin.

20 van de 24 oblasten van Oekrane zijn vrij. Met daarin de vier grootste steden Kiev, Charkiv, Odesa en Dnipro. Plus je hebt van een van de twee steden nummer 5 en 6, Lviv en Donetsk.
Plus de helft van de oblast Kherson en nog het stuk van de oblast Zaporidzja met de hoofdstad er in. Maak hier zo snel mogelijk Oekrane 2.0 van, en laat dat Waalse deel van Oekrane met rust. Je hebt meer dan 85% van je grondgebied met alle belangrijke steden en plaatsen .
