Kokëdhima was born on 29 May 1986 into an Albanian family in the city of Fier, then part of the People's Socialist Republic, present Albania. At the age of 15, she emigrated to the United Kingdom to pursue higher education. In 2003, Besa released her debut song "Më Beso", which was written by producer Florian Mumajesi, and featured the then newly formed Albanian group Produkt 28. The song was awarded "Mikorofoni I Artë" in 2003. Besa released her debut album which was titled "Besa"

It’s expected that Besa will take Zemrën N’dorë to Eurovision 2024, though revamps cannot be ruled out, and we expect a final confirmation in 2024.

Windows95man is an embodiment of the '90s, who frees a once timid family man from his everyday life. It all started when Teemu Keisteri’s home videos on YouTube began to circulate all over the world. One of the videos even ended up in a commercial aired during an NHL game.

In 2013, a DJ gig at the Flow Festival brought the character known as Windows95man to life. His artist costume consists of a pair of very cut-off shorts made by Keisteri’s friend, and a Windows95 t-shirt ordered online. Since then, Windows95man has performed at Helsinki’s New Year’s celebration in 2022, as an opening act for Käärijä at the Helsinki Ice Hall and at numerous smaller events.

At UMK, Windows95man released his very first single, No Rules. The song title refers to the artist’s motto, which appears in both his music and other artistic productions. Henri Piispanen is the singer in No Rules. Keisteri explains that the chorus of the song was so challenging that he had trouble finding a singer with enough technical skill to pull it off. Piispanen was the only one whose voice could go high enough.

“In my opinion, all Finns are a bit looney-tunes deep inside, and I wanted to bring that out more. Now I can share my music with an even bigger audience as well as spread the joyous message of No Rules,” says Keisteri.

On finding out he would represent the Netherlands in 2024, Joost remarked:

‘Taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest is a dream come true. I used to watch it together with my parents, glued to the screen, year after year. It's an honor to represent the Netherlands, and I'm committed to giving my all for the best possible outcome.’

The singer, who is known for his lively performances and has been winning over a growing national and international following with his catchy beats and creative wordplay, was chosen from over 600 potential participants.

The European hit potential of his song (which will be revealed at a later date) convinced the selection committee that Joost should compete for the Netherlands.

Twan van de Nieuwenhuijzen, chair of the Dutch selection committee, said:

‘Following a careful and multi-phase process, the selection committee ultimately opted for Joost Klein. There were a lot of entries from a wide range of genres, but in our view his had the most hit potential. In the song, you hear his familiar mix of party and nostalgia. With his enormous creativity, we think Joost can put on a great show in a totally original way, and that the Netherlands and Europe are in for a positive surprise. We’re really looking forward to working with him.’

Joost Klein is a 26-year-old musician, writer and artist. His energetic style combines elements from mainstream pop with happy hardcore and pop punk. In the Netherlands, Joost tours regularly with his band and has played festivals like Lowlands and Pinkpop.

Last November, he had two sold-out concerts at the AFAS Live. Joost's fan base abroad has been growing, too. In Belgium, he performed at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp and was a candidate on the popular TV show De Slimste Mens (The Smartest Person).

Last summer, Joost had a number 1 hit in Germany, Switzerland and Austria with Friesenjung. The song has had over 100 million streams worldwide and won Best Song in Germany's 1LIVE Krone radio awards. The song has also had a lot of airplay in Italy and Ukraine.
