Armenia may deliver 200 ballistic missiles and S-300s to Ukraine
Among Russian bloggers, there is concern that Armenia may become an unexpected donor to Ukraine. The Russian Telegram channel Militarist [TCM] reports that “Yerevan intends to hand over the launchers of the Tochka-U missile system and 200 missiles to Ukraine.”

According to TCM, Washington has asked Yerevan [the capital of Armenia] to provide Ukraine with Osa-K air defense systems, which are also in service with the Armenian army.

The United States and Great Britain have long traveled the world in search of remaining Soviet standard weapons that could be sent to Ukraine, writes TCM.

“And given Pashinyan’s general pro-Western course, this news does not seem incredible. He may find a ‘moral justification’ for this act in the fact that Russia sells arms to Azerbaijan,” commented the Russian blogger on Telegram.

Armenia may deliver the S-300 too
TCM fears that Armenia, the USA, and Washington will not limit themselves to the already mentioned Soviet weapon systems. Armenia has at least five divisions of S-300PS and at least as many S-300 PTs. “Armenia also has five divisions of Iskander ballistic missile systems,” TCM also wrote.

“By the way, given the specifics of Ukrainian logistics, it can be assumed that Point-U from Armenia may already be in Ukraine,” the Russian blogger suggests.

A member of a Satanist gang who was jailed for his role in the 2008 ritual murder of four teenagers in the city of Yaroslavl, northeast of Moscow, has been pardoned by Russian president Vladimir Putin in recognition of his military service in Ukraine, local news website 76.ru reported on Tuesday.

Journalists at 76.ru confirmed the release of Nikolay Ogolobyak, who had been serving a 20-year sentence in prison since 2010, with his father.

“It’s true”, his father said. “He served for six months with Storm-Z [a military penal unit]. … He can’t work yet. He is recovering. It’s unlikely they’ll make him go back and fight again.”

The Satanic sect that Ogolobyak joined was formed in Yaroslavl in 2006 by 15-year-old Konstantin “Fang” Baranov, and most of the members were teenagers. For several years, they carried out blood rituals and sacrifices, gathering on wasteland near a semi-abandoned cemetery where they tied animal carcasses to an inverted cross.

In the summer of 2008, eight of the group’s members, half of whom were minors, brutally murdered four local college students and dismembered their bodies. They were each sentenced to between eight and 20 years in prison. Ogolobyak, who was an adult at the time of the murders, was given 20 years, and wasn’t due to be released until 2030.

Explosions reported in center of Sevastopol
At least two explosions rang out in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol in Crimea today, November 21, around noon, according to RFE/RL.

Residents of Sevastopol, captured by the Russian occupiers, heard the first explosion in the central part of the city. It happened after about 12:15 p.m.

Later there was another explosion. At the same time, the interventionists did not announce an air alert in Sevastopol.

"And another explosion was heard in the city, reports the correspondent," the agency says.

The message notes that although the alarm was not declared in the city, posts "about missile danger in Crimea" appeared on Russian Telegram channels.

Further explosions
After these two, there were other explosions in Sevastopol. According to Krymskyi veter, there were at least five of them.

"Within 20 minutes in Sevastopol, the sounds of 5 explosions, similar to rocket launches, were heard, our subscribers report," says the report.

Officials have not yet explained what these explosions in Sevastopol could be connected with. Representatives of the occupation "administration" are also silent about the incident.

Forbes cancels sale deal allegedly linked to Russian oligarch
The parent company of Forbes magazine is no longer going forward with a sale to billionaire Austin Russell, linked by the media to Russian tycoon and investor Magomed Musaev, Bloomberg reported on Nov. 21.

The sale had already been paused for weeks after missing a Nov. 1 deadline, the news outlet noted.

"There has been no shortage of investment interest in our company over the years, and we will continue to consider other opportunities that can help accelerate our growth strategy," Forbes Chief Executive Officer Mike Federle said.

Russell, the CEO of Luminar Technologies Inc., announced in May that he intends to acquire an 82% stake in Forbes Global Media Holdings in a deal valued at $800 million.

The Washington Post reported in October that according to obtained audio and video recordings, Kremlin-connected tycoon Musaev claimed he is acquiring Forbes with Russell serving as the "face" of the deal.

"I just bought global Forbes," Musaev allegedly told one of his associates.

"You understand when you have in your hands the key to the most authoritative global brand, this key will give me access to anyone."

Both Musaev and Russell denied the Russian oligarch's connection to the sale in their comments to the Post.

Musaev is the president and founder of the Global Venture Alliance (GVA) investment fund.

He has previously served in the Moscow city government. Musaev holds influential connections in Russia through his father-in-law, Ramazan Gadzhimuradovich Abdulatipov, the former head of the Republic of Dagestan.

Through his father-in-law, Musaev also reportedly entered the close circle of oligarch Suleiman Kerimov, who is connected to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov.
